Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of step down transformer of capacity 250 KVA, floor mounted, outdoor type complete with standard fitting and accessories, HT 11KV, 3 Phase, LT 433 volt, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC, all as per IS 1180-2014 (Level-2), ISI marked, double wound core type copper wound, oil immersed, air naturally cooled with external cooling tubes transformer, Delta connection on HV side and Star connection on LV side in accordance with vector symbol Dyn-11 (Vector Group-4) with neutral brought out on LV side with earthing and having tapping on HV side for constant output so as to alter/vary secondary voltage by (Tapin range +5% to -10% in equal step of 2.5%) changed by means of manually operated "off load" taps changing gear. The voltage regulation shall be as per IS including first fill of transformer oil as per IS-335 and including all fittings and accessories as specified in SSR Part-I and IS-2026. The limit of temperature rise after continuous full load run as specified in IS-2026 shall be suitably adjusted to suit the maximum ambient temperature of 55 degree centigrade as prevalant at Bamrauli. Complete all as specified and directed including the following fittings and accessories :- (a) Oil conservator tank with filling holes and cap filter drain valve and oil level guage. (b) Silicagel breather with connecting pipe, first fill of dehydrating agent. Explosion rlief mounted on tank with double diaphram and equilizer pipe connected to conservator air tank (pressure release valve) (d) Air release valve plug. (e) One cable box LV side (Secondary) consisting of 4 Nos porcelain bushing with nuts, washers & bushing rods with 1 cable gland suitable for reception of taking out suitable size cable, including gland joint. (f) Explosive vent.

(g) 01 No 100 mm dial type thermometer vapour pressure sype having range 0-120 degree centigrade with max temp indicator and resetting device incl max reading pointer washer etc. (h) Thermometer pocket on tank cover. (j) 04 Nos plain solid CI detachable rollers. (k) Two numbers earthing terminal plate. (l) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (m) Extra bushing for neutral outside cable box brought out on LV side. (n) First filling of oil conforming to IS and tested upto 60 KV electric strength. (o) Lifting lugs. (p) Oil drain valve with plug. (q) One cable box on HV side (primary) consisting of 01 cable gland suitable for reception of taking in HT cable including gland joints. (r) Hand hole of sufficient size to assess interior of tank. (s) Dehydrating breather with first filling of dehydrating agent. (t) Two earthing of terminal on tank body to facilitate fixing of 32x6 mm GI strip. (u) Rating plate with terminal marking plate. (v) Inspection cover. (w) Exta bushing for neutral out side the LV side. (x) PCC plateform complete all as specified including XPM welded mesh fencing and doors including 75x40 mm channel. Note:- (i) Anything missed above but is required for efficient functioning of the transformer is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Full laod tesiting shall be done at site. The artificial load shall be arranged by contractor. This is included in the above quoted rate.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level) connected to galvanized iron strip 25x6mm, (main earthing lead) by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) with connected to earth test point & to main switch board with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate & 15mm dia GI pipe light grade for earth lead protection pipe for suitable length and GI pipe 20 mm dia light grade for watering pipe with funnel & wire mesh including necessary earth work and PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 for earth pit and 40 mm thick precast RCC cover in 1:2:4 type B1 with 3 Nos 8 mm dia TMT bars both ways with 12mm dia round bar handle complete all as specified & directed by. Note: Earth lead wire and its protection pipe upto and including 15 mtr only from the top of earth electrode are included under this item and additional earth strip/protection pipe etc. if any required at site shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A’

Earthing complete with copperl earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cmx 3.15 mm thick buried direcly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meters below normal ground lev el with the top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level connected to copper earth strip 20 x 3 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR part I and earth wire protected by galvanized pipe light grade 40mm bore and thorugh test point including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of strata, GI light grade 20mm bore watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chember with 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 design mix cover slab with 6mm dia MS bars at 100mm c/c both ways with MS Hook 6mm dia MS bars etc complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion. Notes: (i) The concrete pit shall be made in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with suitable MS handle in lieu of CI cover. (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth strip. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order (iii) Items includes cost of 7.5 metre earth lead strip. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order.

Supply, installation, commisioning and testing LT panel board, conforming to CPRI specification, 415V, 50 Hz, AC supply, three phase and neutral, outdoor type (Kiosk) with apron of suitable size, factory made, fabricated with 3.15 mm thick mild steel sheet (outdoor type), ISMC-75 base channels, duly powder coated internally and externally with approved shade, rubber gasketted, hinged front and back openable doors with proper locking arrangements for dust and vermin proof, complete including suitable lugs, gland etc. and making connections, 01 number brass pad lock of Harrison/Link 50 mm size, 4 levers, earth work and PCC foundation complete comprising of the followings and specified here-in-after:- (i) Aluminium bus bar 600 Amps current rating capacity comprising of 4 aluminium strips of appropriate size provided with heat shrinkable sleeve not less than one mm thick. (ii) Cable alley for I/C 150 Amps and 03 outgoing feeders.

Incoming: - (a) MCCB 400 Amps 36 KA 4 pole, 415 V, adjustable type-01 No. (b) Meter module digital Volt and Ampere meter of appropriate size with accessories-01 No. Outgoing: - (a) MCCB 160 Amps, 36 KA, 4 Pole, 415 V, 50 Hz-02 Nos. (b) MCCB 250 Amps, 36 KA, 4 Pole, 415 V, adjustable type-03 Nos. (c) Time switches 415 V, three phase of 20 Amp rating with contactor fitted inside steel enclosure-01 No. Note: - Cable glands should be provided for all incoming / outgoing connections.

Disconnecting the existing cable from panel / pole, preparing the end for jointing including all earth work, supply and fixing end termination heat shrinkable joint suitable for LT XLPE cable of size 185 to 400 Sqmm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of valvel chamber of size 900x900x900 mm in brick masonary in CM 1:6 with MS sheet cover and angle iron frame, locking arrangement, earth work and PCC, plastering and painting on steel surface complete all as specified and shown on drawings.
