M&L Vetrified Ceramic tiles 10mm thick light shade (square/rectangular) double charged, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc, set over 15mm thick screed in CM 1:6 jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc complete all as specified and directed Make : Somany, Kajaria, Orientbell

Demolition slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars,win dow-cills, cooking plat forms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) us ing marble dust with admix ture of pigment to match with shade of granite etc complete all as specified and directed

Taking down of shutters of any description exc 1 sqm but n exc 2 sqm each and re-fixing in same opening after resecuring or easing complete all as specified and directed

Supply only butt hinges 100mm, extruded brass,with mild steel hinge pin, bright polished and fixed, type B-11 etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply only 200mm long extruded Brass handles, fabricated type polished complete all as specified and directed

Supply only 200mm long Brass barrel of extruded section tower bolt with cast or sheet barrel and rolled or cast bolt and fixed complete all as specified and directed

Supply only 300mm long Brass sliding door bolt with sand or die-cast brass hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing bolt with rolled or drawn brass bolts and fixed complete all as specified and directed

M & L for cleaning of existing or new floor and machine sanded in uniform level and finished with PU Natural Waterbase Polish complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Indiana Sports Infra, Bhagwati wood craft/ Action floors System)

M & L for preparation of old treated wooden and wood based surface and apply a coat of varnishing (finishing coat with synthetic varnish) complete all as specified directed.
