Dismantling of galvanised plain/ corrugated including Nainital or similar pattern mild steel sheeting of any gauge, thickness roof coverings,wall cladding and segregating serviceable sheet and stacking for reuse and removing unserviceable materials from site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in framed work and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto in fillets , rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc in unframed work under 40 sq. cm in section complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Fe 410-W (Grade E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for MS rolled sections as in framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates, etc.conforming to Fe 410-W (Grade E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for MS work as in wind ties including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering, fixed with self tapping screws with neoprene and EDPM washers, laps sealed with HDPE filler to close gaps between raised portion complete all as specified and directed

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip, straight flashing etc fixed with self tapping screws with neoprene and EDPM washers, laps sealed with HDPE filler to close gaps between raised portion complete all as specified and directed

S&F 0.63mm thick galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with 'J' type cranked hook bolt and washer in roof, wall etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per Sl item No. 13 here-in-above but except sheeting (NOTE: Seviceable 0.63mm thick galvanised corrugated mild steel/plain sheets obtained from dismantling under Sl item No 2.00 here-in-before shall be reused under the item)

S&F 0.63mm plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for well seasoned 2nd class hard wood in scantling, wrought, timber framed and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per Sl item No. 16 here-in-above but except timber (NOTE: Seviceable timber scantling obtained from dismantling under Sl item No 4.00 here-in-before shall be reused under the item)

M & L 2nd class hard wood plain fillets. square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails or brads exc 13 & n. exc 25 sq.cm complete all as specified and directed

Ditto all as per Sl item No. 18 here-in-above but except timber fillets (NOTE: Seviceable timber fillets obtained from dismantling under Sl item No 5.00 here-in-before shall be reused under the item)

S&F exposed GI powder coated snap grid frame work for false ceiling of grid size 600 x 600mm comprising of wall/cleat angle of size 25 x 25 x 0.35mm and main/cross tee of size 24 x 38 x 0.70mm with 4mm dia GI wire as suspender and including 4mm thick Plain E-Board including fixing arrangement from steel truss of any type and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 4mm thick plywood (no of ply 03), grade BWR, type BB fixed with nails to timber frame work on wall . complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new zinc (or galvanised) surfaces to receive painting by coating with mordant solution including washing and cleaning etc and applying two coats synthetic paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepraration of new or untreated surfaces of steel of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepraration of old painted surfaces of steel of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, new or old, of any description and girth, not otherwise described and treated with creosote oil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer on wooden surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of wall by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces including cornices, pilasters etc and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.
