Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 3.50 metre 4-Way high premium decorative laser-cut LED lighting pole comprising an integrated decorative pole and post-top LED luminaire, suitable for pathways, parks, boulevards, medians, heritage precincts and landscape lighting, complete in all respects as per Drawings. The decorative pole shall be fabricated from hot rolled structural mild steel conforming to IS 2062 Grade E350 or higher, incorporating decorative CNC laser-cut architectural panels of minimum 4 mm thickness with heavy-duty tubular structural members designed to withstand wind loads in accordance with IS 875 (Part-3). The overall height shall be 3.50 metres above finished ground level.Pole dimensions shall be approximately 220 mm × 220 mm x 4 mm thick with built in control box at the bottom with 6 Amps MCB and 63 Amps F.pole connector . There Should be laser cut perforated design on all the four sides square or OEM standard section having equivalent structural strength. The decorative pole lighting system shall have external surge protection of 10kV with driver standard voltage withstand range of 100-300 V AC. Integrated suitable BIS approved LED Driver to be fitted inside the 4 way street light housing , having efficiency > 85% . power factor shall be >0.95, and inbuilt Surge protection of 4kv.Seprate led driver shall be used for each designer street light module and for the led module used for the perforation lighting. Led shall be of >= 1 w Osram/Seoul/Bridgelux or any other reputed make. The Luminous efficacy of LED shall be greater than 140 lumens/watt and that of the each designer street shall be >115 lm/watt.The Impact resistance of Designer pole shall be Minimum IK08 .The coating on the pole shall be baked in the oven at required temperature. The coating on the pole and Luminaire shall pass a minimum of 300 salt spray hours and shall have minimum 90 microns coating.
