Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth, for foundation etc or for shafts , wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.1 above but for depth exceeding 1.5m and not exc 3.00m complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete un-reinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar incl all quions arches pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 150mm dia (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 200mm dia (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Suppy and fix in repairs PVC gully traps, of size 125/1000mm square tvpe 'P' fixed in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour PCC 1 : 4 : 8 type D-2 (using 40mm stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Brick work with sub class B bricks built in CM 1 : 4, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius on plan complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate ) as in surface channels, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement incl forms moulds , mitred stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (WPC Shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound.

Material and labour PCC 1:3:6 type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in concrete bed to 150mm dia drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour 150mm bore RCC NP-2 pipes laid to level or fall in trenches on concrete bed and jointed complete with collars including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour PCC 1:3:6 type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in concrete bed to 200mm dia drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour 200mm bore RCC NP-2 pipes laid to level or fall in trenches on concrete bed and jointed complete with collars including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landings, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. (Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shap required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not les than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cast iron/PVC drain pipes jointed in cement mortar and taking out of walls for 75mm/100mm dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints 75 mm dia bore pipe,fixed to walls and floors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints 110 mm dia bore pipe,fixed to walls and floors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing fix 75 mm PVC (SWR) ' T' equal or unequal with acess door complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing fix PVC (SWR) bends 75 mm with access door complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC SWR vent cowl 110 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Cast Iron Manhole cover of size 600 x 600mm, chequred finish with frame and hold fast of weight 25 Kg each including frame complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Setting in cement mortar 1:3 and flaunching with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l cast iron manhole covers and frames, medium duty, any type and size complete all as specified and directed.
