Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) embedded in concrete, brick work, masonary etc of any section including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of galvanised mildsteel barbed wire of any description from fencing post (RCC or Steel), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh,of any type, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in post holes(or similar holes ) each not exceeding 0.50 Cum, and getteing out, returning filing in and ramming earth with broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering etc and removing surplus soil not exceeding 50m and making good surface in loose/soft soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm Graded stone agg) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel works as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting e; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only GI chain link fencing of any size or type, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only GI chain link fencing of any size or type including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or Square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 5 cm but not exceeding 10 cm long, dia of shank 11 to 15 mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire with staples or steel, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of PCC in Ground floors/PCC Path/Plinth Protection and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8(40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling, mass concrete/ base to interlock tile/Chequered tile, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, 60mm thick, any shape and size, confirming to IS-15658-2006, M-40 Grade, with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and filling sand under floors of interlock tiles including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete type B-I, 1:2:4 , as in kerb stone to the sides of interlock tiles including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar 1:6 complete with joints to match. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 ( 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed blocks, coping of interlock tiles etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with 20mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring, finished even and rough to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors/path with grey cement and pigment to match over and including Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks using old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radious built in CM 1:4 etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 22 above but except bricks etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 on walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including a coat of chalk whiting/priming on plastered surfaces of walls, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint on walls over and including a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing 35 mm thick precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame in cement conc type B0, 1:2:4 and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete as in posts to RCC jali , with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match in cement cocncrete type B0, 1:2:4 and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished for garbage bins, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface of garbage bins, 450x300x7 mm thick laid over and including10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling structural steel work in?cluding doors, gates etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for framed work as in doors or gates and chowkhats of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening conforming to GdeFe 290(Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 as in cover slabs over drain/manholes etc. including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection of garbage bins, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F expanded metal of weight not exceeding 4kg/Sqm, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed completeto wood or steel members complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
