Fill it water and check for dampness and seepage, all junctions points of side walls where CI/GI pipe are passing shall be sealed with epoxy mortar. Apply two coats of polymer modified cementious water proofing coating of minimum thickness of 1 mm each layer as per manufacturers instructions on floor & walls (upto 100 mm above FFL) and spray coarse sand on surface when the second layer is still sticky. Apply 20 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with integral WPC of approved make on floors and walls including rounding of corners and junctions stoping towareds spouts. All pipes laid in sunken portions shall be covered with 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all around after painting with anti corrosive black japan paint on GI/CI pipes. Test the water proofed area by filling water at least 72 hours and tested for leakage/seepage for the entire satisfaction of GE. After above said treatment apply two coats of hot blown bitumen @ 1.5 Kg /Sqm for each coat and laying 50 micron black polythene film in floors complete all as specified and directed. (Note : If leakage/Seepage occured after filling water at least 72 hours, the above said treatment will be re-done completely)

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following courses of treatment/specification from bottom to top: (i) Taking out old roof tratment and roughening tha same old concrete slab by picking, sweepingc clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc (ii) Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:4 for laying as in roof slab with mixing of WPC and surface finished fare and smooth without using extra cement (WPC shall be measured and paid seperately) (iii) Cleaning the plastered roof surface and applying one coat of cold bituminuous primer @ 0.25 ltr/Sqm confirming ti IS: 3384 -1986 (iv) APP based polymeric menbrane 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.5 kg/Sqm reinfiorced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160gms/Sqm) shall be less appliedb over bituminous primer as specified above over a application of polymeric membrane shall by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the teransverese direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction (v) Applying two coat of aluminium paint over the app modified membrane @0.11 Kg/Sqm

Supply and fix in repairs, suspended false ceiling using E-grid 2430, 180 GSM (exposed ceiling suspension system ) of grid size 600mmx600 mm with main runner 32 mm x 24 mm and wall angle 24mm x 24mm using 4mm thick High Pressure stean Crude Everest Non Asbestos Fiber Cement plain Board (E-Board Classic) in & including a grid of GI system duly suspended with 4mm dia GI wire hanger fixed with steel dash fasteners or iron purlin from the roof with adjustment clip providing positions for light fixtures,air conditioning diffuser and ducts ,sprinkler ,smoke detectors etc.The main runners to be secured to structural soffits by hanger @ 1220 mm maximum c/c. the last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be placed at more than 450mm from the adjucent wall,flush fitting 1220 mm cross tee to be interlocked between main runners @ 610mm c/c,so as to form 600mm x 600 mm grid complete all as specified and directed.
