Taking down existing roof treatment including cement mortar bedding any thickness from roofs and cleaning the surface with wire brushes/brooms to remove dust and clean the surface with water and removing the rubbish not exc 500 mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of existing plain cement concrete of any description and any position not otherwise specially provided for including cleaning the surfaces with wire brushes/brooms to remove dust and clean with water, and removing the rubbish not exc 500 mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) as on roofs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement on concrete surfaces of roof and finished the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing the roof surfaces with clean, dust free on dry surfaces for water proofing treatment as follows :- (a) One coat of water based bitumen emulsion primer @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm is applied on the surface to be water proofed. (b) 3mm thick APP based polymeric membrane laid on the hot bitumen applied surface. With overlaps maintained at 10 cms and are completely thermo-fused by flame torch. (c) Finished with a coat of bituminous aluminum primer @ 110 grams / Sqm complete all as specified in application manual of the company and as directed.

Demolition Brickwork or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches, pillars,etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles including removing rubbish from worksite outside MD land at any distance complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Brickwork with first class bricks having crushing strength of 75 kg/sqcm, straight or curved on plan excd 6 M mean radius built in cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description , not otherwise described,over 10 cm width or girth and painting one coat with synthetic enamel paint including cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and removing all drops etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Chowkhats or frames area not exc. 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) and making good disturbed surfaces including removing disposable materials from worksite to outside MD land at any distance complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handle, and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 3 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality, in squares not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick in floors and jointed in grey cement with admixture of pigment to match with shade of kota stone over and including 20mm thick screeding in Cement Mortar 1:6 including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting/ dado, over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab incl rubbing and granite polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 25mm thick , set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments as in footpath and floor over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level, including removing of demolished material from work site to at any distance outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube and fixed in opening as per specification & drawing given in SSR complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of mild steel Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings, including removing of rusted unserviceable wire from work site and keep serviceable wire for reused in safe custody complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement Concertina coil 610 mm dia having 50 Nos of turns in each coil weighing approx 8.5 kg/coil fabricated from PTC, anti rust coating of specification as indicated below extendable upto a length of 6 meters enabling adjacent coils to be jointed by special galvanized steel clips in order to form a long stretch of continuous barrier complete. Specification of PTC : Punched tape coils of approx weight 8.5 kg/coil and length 6m (approx) PTC round in shape, made of GP sheet 5mm and high tensile HC wire 2.6 mm, with blades of size 19 mm+ 2mm, at a distance of 24 cm and it is coated with anti rusted paint for maximum corrosion both sides resistance and durability and also providing camouflage effect complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm) graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation, filling & mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note - Alternate 10th post, corner posts and posts to be laid in low lying area at the discretion of Engr-in-Charge shall only be embedded in PCC).

Material and labour for Mild steel round bars 10 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for chain link mattresses, as in tie bar strengthing and fastening with nuts & bolts. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Mild screw bolts ( Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 10 but n exc 15cm long and 11 to 15 mm dia. of shank. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for spot welding in repairs exceeding 2.5 cm but not exceeding 5 cm in length, thickness of metal to be welded exceeding 6 mm and not exceeding 9mm. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described not exc.10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint (1st quality) over one coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.
