All doors should have panel locking arrangement in such a fashion that it can not be on unless the feeder remains in off position. The rear panel should gasketed wire net guard for ventilation arrangement will be made of easy accessibility to each compartment by providing rear panel doors with locking system . The panel is to be properly gasketed to prevent the dust & vermin. All vertical bus bar chambers is to properly arrange and all electrical equipments are to be fixed by nuts and bolts on suitable Hylam board / porcelain insulators of adequate size and dimension. The outgoing feeder connection from respective switches are to be made at rear side of panel by means of busbar, copper multi core cables, to be terminated on bolted type terminals for cable connection or on bush insulators for bus bar connection. Supply and installation of L.T. cubical type fully compartmentalized distribution panel board, having rigid and self supporting structure fabricated with 14 SWG CRCA sheet with M.S. angle iron frame (main frame with 50 x 50 x 6 mm angle and each vertical compartment with 40 x 40x6 mm MS angle iron). The base of panel should be made with 75mm x 40mm x 4.4 mm M.S. channel. [Manufacturer/Fabricator having Test Certificates from CPRI]. Interconnection :-
All interconnection between incoming main to Busbar are to be made with suitable size electrolytic tinned copper bars or equivalent flexible pvc insulated multistranded single core Cu cable and the same between busbar to each outgoing mains and & for metering arrangements are to be made by suitable size of Copper with proper socketing of the end of each wire leads.
Earthing Arrangement :-
A separate continuous aluminum earth busbar of appropriate size is to be painted at the inside bottom of the panel and run across the full load of the panel board. All electrical equipment are to be properly earthed with suitable size G.I. strip.
The complete panel board is to be spray painted after required surface treatment by 7 tanks process / sand blasting with 2 coat of red oxide primer & 2 coat of finished paint over dried or powder coating.
Installation :-
The complete panel board is to be installed on suitable brick padestal as directed by the E.I.C.

Terms & Conditions :- (i) All materials, equipments & accessories must conform to relevant IS specifications. The DG Set to be supplied must be from the authorized OEM of the respective Engine Manufacturer. (ii) Necessary manufacturer's test certificate for Diesel Engine, Alternator etc. Will have to submit in triplicate copy during delivery of the equipment. (iii) Copy of "Type Approval Certificate" and Certificate of "COP" must be produced at the time of delivery issued from competent Authority (As per CPCB Norms). (iv) Circuit Diagram for AMF Panel must be submitted from the Manufacturer/ OEM.
Providing Cement concrete foundation for the DG set with 1:2:4 (1-Cement: 2 coure sand 4 Graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (M-20 grade) including excavation, providing base concreate with 1:5:10 Cement Concrete, required centaring/ shuttering, finishing the exposed portion etc. as required (item will be paid based on measurement for 1:2:4 CC, but excluding the 1:5:10 leveling course of base concrete) as per direction of EIC and manfacturer recomendation. Size of Foundation as per suitability.
S & F of Exhaust gas piping of 100 mm dia MS black class -B pipe welded incl. all necessary bend, support & clamps anti vibration mounting insulation of exhaust system with 50 mm thick mineral wool coverd with wire mesh and aluminium cladding (from DG set to top of the building plus 3 mtr. or as per CPCB ) FOR 125 KVA DG set as per direction of EIC incl. making insulation by 2" glass wool including netting arrangement and covered with aluminium clading as per direction of the EIC.

S & Erection of special type supporting arrangement for Exhaust pipe line with necessary foundation work as required as per site condition incl. S & F special type MS angle iron bracket/flat of required size as per OEM design with necessary nuts, bolts, welding arrangement etc. as required for the above exhahaust piping arrangement.
S &F rain protection canopy for 150mm exhaust pipe mde of GI sheet of 16 SWG.
Supply & Delivery 12Cx2.5sqmm copper/Ar cable, as per direction of EIC. [Make - Polycab/Havells/RR Kabel/Gloster]
Laying of one no above cable in u/g trench 460mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up & restoring surface duly rammed, as per GS.
Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV, 1x50 sqmm single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire through suitable size of PVC Rigid Conduit 'FR' [Precision Make] on wall, ceiling with saddles and other accessories, and making necy. connection as required, as per direction of EIC. [for DG neutral earthing] [Make-Finolex/Gloster/Havells/Polycab]
Note: 1) All the above rates should be quoted inclusive of all taxes, duties and all ancilery charges with cost of maintenance, servicing, supply & replacement of spares for 1 (One) year from the date of commissioning. 2) Total is rounded off to the nearest rupees.
