M&L for 100 mm thich PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed

M&L Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour,design & pattern as in footparth, parks,lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand , complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out defective submersible pump set installed at 200-400 feet depth including disconnecting electric connections, removing submersible cable, GI column pipe, safety rope, and all accessories using tripod/winch/chain pulley/Hydra arrangement, servicing and repair of submersible pump capacity upto 15 HP including dismantling of pump and motor, cleaning of impellers, shaft alignment, greasing, replacement of gasket set, gland packing, minor hardware, and reassembly and transporting the defective borewell to workshop. after repair lowering and re-installation of repaired submersible pump set back to 200–400 feet depth including lowering of GI pipe column/PVC pipe, submersible cable, clamp arrangement and reconnection of starter suitable for the rating of existing submersible pump, including wiring connections. After installation, the system shall be tested including megger test of cable and motor, running and load current check, leak testing, discharge verification and handing over the system in fully satisfactory operational condition complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (a) Unit rate quoted shall deemed to include only labour for taking up & lowering the submersible pump from bore well along with delivery pipe complete (b) Repairs/rewinding of submersible pump shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant items. (c) Replacement of colummn pipe will be measured and paid for separately as supply only, under relevants items. (d) Expendable stores like cotton waste / cleaning materials, lubricants, gland packing, metal filling, machining and transportation from site to work shop and back are deemed to be included in rate quoted

M&L for rewinding the Submersible pump Motor with PVC insulated, super enamelled copper conductor with ‘F’ class heavy grade insulation weight and turns to achieve its full efficiency including tying the winding and connecting the coils and brining the connections as that of existing one including applying insulating varnish, heating and backing the windings thoroughly including taking down old existing copper winding complete all as specified and directed for Submersible pump motor of following capacity :-

Description all as per ser item No 17 here-in-before but of submersible Motor above 5 HP and upto and including 5 HP.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of submersible pump & motor set, electric driven, 415V, TP suitable for 200 mm dia borewell (casing pipe size 200 mm) supplied and installed complete 7.5 HP, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 1HP booster pump single phase maximum head 42 meter discharge section and delivery 25mm copper winding maximum recommended pressure 3.8 bar complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L in replacement for GI pipe heavy grade 50mm dia, cut into 3.0 mtr length including providing of threading on both sides and lowering into the existing bore well along with existing GI pipe for increasing the length of the borewell pipe as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement and water proof submersible cable 3 core copper conductor, PVC insulated 1100 volts grade 2.5 Sqmm protected by means of metal clip alongwith the pump body and connected to pump motor through water tight sealing joints including taking out old unserviceable submersible cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking out the centrifugal pumping set with motor from the existing foundation for carring necessary repair/ servicing by replacing the unservicable parts including overhauling the pump set, renewal of gasket to pump, suction and delivery lines, gland packing, greasing nuts, bolts and washers, re-connecting up of the electric / water connections, including fixing of new coupling (CI/rubber) as per existing all as required at site of work of capacity upto 25 HP, including re-fixing at same location including aligning and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Expendable stores like cotton waste / cleaning materials, lubricants, gland packing etc., and transportation from site to work shop and back are deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. (ii) Labour element is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.

M&L Dismantling and strip opening the motor completely including disconnecting the cable connections and coupling of the motor removing the starter and rotor units, bearings complete servicing the motor assembly including cleaning the carbon deposits with carbon tetra chloride, greasing the bearings etc., heat varnishing the motor windings by applying varnish and keeping the windings into the hot air oven till the moisture evaporates complete at authorized workshop including transportation and refit the same after repairs and re-connecting up of the electric connections including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed for the following capacities:-
