Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5metre wide and not exceeding 1.5metre in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil for laying of cables, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and spreading in layers dry clean river sand for cable cushioning with a layer of sand 8cm depth before laying the cable and 15cm depth after laying the cable punned down to a depth of 10cm above the top of the cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Sand to be filled 23cm and carefully punned to 18 cm thickness. Punned thickness will be measured for the purpose of payment.

Supply and laying well burnt clay bricks, sub class ‘B’ bricks, laid flat, breadth wise along the length of cable in trenches for underground cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable LT underground Cable of any size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of underground LT cable cross-sectional area, 16 sqmm x 4 core, 1100 volt grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured, with multistranded aluminium conductor, heavy duty conforming to IS - 1554 Part – I including cable glands with suitable cable lugs and fixing arrangement with necessary clamps including material and labour for all jointing/ connecting material of required size, cable laid in trenches/ duct/ under plinth floors, fixed on wall/ poles passing through pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and Laying 80mm bore galvanised iron steel water tubing of light grade with and including all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, unions, nipples, short pieces etc as required at site, laid in trenches/ fixed on wall/ pole complete all as specified and directed.
