Striping/Removing and Stacking of existing iron/ Acc Sheets from roofing / clading, including ridges etc, and returing the same to the stores of C.F.P Khanna. complete in all respects as directed by the E-in-C.
Providing and fixing in position Tata Blue scope sheets roofing/cladding etc. of approved grade and colour (LYSAGHT TRIMDEK®-1015) manufactured from COLORBOND® XRW steel. High tensile steel with minimum 550mpa yield strength, metallic hotdipped coated with Al-Zn alloy (55% Aluminum, 43.5% Zinc, 1.5% SI) as per AS1397/ISI 5961 standards and ZINCALUME AZ150 (min.150g/m2 total on both sides with super durable polyester COLORBOND® XRW steel quality paint system of approved color suitable for exterior conforming to AS/NZS 2728 type –ISI 5965 class3 tata blue scope make. The sheets have a total coating thickness of 35 microns. Super durable polyester COLORBOND® XRW quality paint systems of 20 microns on exposed surface and 5 micron reverse polyester coat on back surface and 5 microns primer coat on both surface the paint system made on stable resin & inorganic pigments for paint durability and is lead free. Making it suitable for rain water harvesting the steel sheets have brand marking of the product complete in all respect as per manufacturer specifications and to the entire satisfaction of the E-in-C.

Providing and fixing in sheet roofing , wind operated approved make or equivalent make 600mm dia turbo ventilators/ roof extractors with sky light, made from rotating heads having turbine blades of higrade aluminium, Roofing and neck of stainless steel 304 grade steel bearing with dust proof housing or GFP Pushing instead of bearing. UV stabilised non-coloured translucent 3mm thick FRP moulded one piece construction (monolithic) venturi dome and corrugated base sheet (similar FRP sheets 3mm thick UV resistant) of appropriate size having the profile matching with existing roof sheet with double action natural ventilationsystem powered by natural flow of air, boosts/ extracts the hot and contaminated air/ gases, obnoxious fumes, bad odour outside for healthy and improved environment inside godowns including cutting the roof if necessary and fixing without leakage in roof etc complete in all respect as directed by the E-in-C
