The work includes complete floral decoration with fresh premium quality seasonal flowers such as marigold, chrysanthemum, tuberose and other suitable flowers along with green foliage, fixed on floral foam/net base to achieve dense, uniform and aesthetic finish. The design shall be theme-based for 18th Brics Summit 2026, incorporating tricolour concept, Ashoka Chakra, Brics Summit motifs, summit branding, artistic patterns etc. The scope further includes providing and fixing lettering/text matter (WELCOME message, Summit name, MCD/Department name etc.) in Hindi/English using floral/foam/acrylic letters, fixing of official logos/emblems (Summit/MCD/National symbol) either in floral form or printed waterproof media with floral highlighting, side panel decorations with vertical marigold strings, floral hangings, bottom garlands (latkan style), and provision of base elements like planters/pots if required, complete in all respects as per direction of Officer-in-Charge and suitable for high-visibility VIP locations. | 7 | Each | 75,000 | ₹5,25,000 |
