At GHY : Electrical work for provision of EV charging station and aesthetic lighting of approach road and circulation area at GHY Railway station .

A-Provision of facilities for EV Charging at GHY Railway Station.

Supply, installation, commissioning of 11kV Compact Sub-Station consisting of the following: 1. Transformer: 500KVA 11KV/433V Dyn11 Oil Filled Hermatically sealed transformer with corrugated wall and without conservator type design & Top normal porcelain bushing for HT and LT with Off load tap changer of range + 5% to -5% insteps of 2.5%. Losses (as per IS 1180 Energy Efficiency level 2) Impedance shall be 4.5% (IS Tol.) Temperature rise limits for Oil/Winding - 40/45 degrees 2. HT switchgear: 11kV 630Amps 21kA for 3 sec. SF6 insulated Non-Extensible Compact Switchgear (Type CCV) consisting of Two Nos. of Fixed manual Load Break Switches and One No. Fixed Manual Vacuum Circuit Breaker in SF6 insulated Stainless steel enclosure with series trip, 24 Volt DC auxiliary power supply system with battery bank and battery charger, self powered microprocessor based numerical over current and Earth Fault (IDMT+Inst.) relay protection. 1 Interconnection between HT switchgear and transformer shall be using 1C x 3R x 95 sq.mm Al. un- armored XLPE Cable. 3. LVs panel - 800AMPS Aluminium bus-bar (100% for phase & 50% FOR NEUTRAL, Current Density- 1 AMP/SQMM) LT panel made up of 1.5/2 mm thick CRCA sheet. 4. Incomer from transformer: 800Amps 433V 65KA 4P Fixed Manual Air Circuit breaker (ACB) with microprocessor based release for over current, short circuit and earth fault protection- PR 121. 5. Outdoor enclosure: Outdoor type enclosure having construction of Galvanised Sheet Steel having 2mm thickness for Load bearing member and 1.5mm thickness for Non Load bearing members with 4 mm base frame. The Enclosure shall have IP54 degree of protection for HT & LT switchgear compartment & IP23 degree of protection for Transformer compartment. The enclosure exterior shall be Powder Coated (colour Light Gray & D.A. Gray). Each compartment will be provided with the door and pad locking arrangement. The Compartment illumination lamp with door operated switch shall be provided for MV & LV compartment. The installation and commissioning work should be as per direction of Site In- charge and as per enclosed specification No. SDEE/GH/SPN/150 dtd. 19-03-2021.

Supply, installation, commissioning of outdoor type Dry cast resin Type Transformer 2 consisting 1000 KVA , 11kV/415V, 3 phase , Dyn11 Dry type step down transformer with Enclosure ; OFF LOAD Tap changer OCTC, Tapping= +5% to -5% @ 2.5% in HV side, Air Natural cooling, "H" class of insulation, including necessary HT, LT wiring, internal earthing connections by GI strips etc. as per Specification attached on given CC Pad as per instructions given by Railway Site Engineer.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of HT heat shrinkable type outdoor cable 3 end termination kit suitable for single core 11 KV grade XLPE 120 sq.mm earthed armored cable including all accessories for jointing 11 KV cable to overhead through PG clamp as per direction at site Engineer in - charge of Railway.

Supply and construction of foundation pad with suitable ramp and fixing of suitable channel on the top of the bed for installation of transformers by CC foundation in ratio 1:2:4 by cement, sand and chips of size 19 mm and down as required at site consulting with the site Engineer.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of LT heat shrinkable type outdoor cable 5 end termination kit suitable for single core 1.1 KV grade XLPE 630 sq.mm Aluminum un-armoured cable including all accessories for connecting cable to transformer through suitable Lug etc as per direction at site Engineer in-charge of Railway.

Supply, erection of copper earth (copper plate) of size (600 x 600x6) mm long for 6 earthing including construction of earth pit with cover of cement complete and earth continuity Copper flat of size (40x5) mm of 15 m length to be secured by Nuts & Bolts etc. to the earthing plate. Earthing terminal connected to neutral terminal of transformer to be also connected in system.

Supply, erection of earthing set by 80 mm diameter GI pipe medium gauge 4 Mts. long including construction of earth pit and earth continuity by (25x3)mm GI strip, nuts & bolts etc. as per direction at site Engineer in - charge of Railway.

Supply, installation & commissioning of 450x50 mm ladder type GI perforated cable tray with GI coupler plate suitable fixing arrangement as per instruction of Engineer in-charge at site.

Supply & commissioning of 120 (OD) mm diameter Double wall corrugated PN-6.0 Kgf/cm2 HDPE pipe partly through over ground & partly through underground including provision of necessary socket etc. as per direction of site engineer in-charge of Railway.

Supply erection of reinforced cement concrete Cable Trench made of Cement Bricks 10 with Cement plaster and the RCC Cover. The Cable trench should be in ratio 1:3:6 by cement, Sand and Ships of size 19 mm. including digging of pit to 500mm and MS rod of Suitable size as per instruction of Engineer in charge at site.

Supply & erection of Color coated maintenance free, non- corrosive nature FRP fencing for substation of height 6 feet of fence panels 25 mm deep, 50x50 mm mesh with the load bars oriented parallel to the edge of the panels, vertical and horizontal Line posts of 4" x 4" x 1/4" wide flange sections, Corner Posts of 6" x 6" x 3/8" angles with lock and key arrangement. Line and 11 corner posts are to be manufactured by the pultrusion process with a glass content minimum of 45%, maximum of 55% by weight. The structural shapes shall be composed of fiber glass reinforcement and resin in qualities, quantities, properties, arrangements with supply and construction of foundation pad with suitable ramp and fixing of suitable channel on the top of the bed. The CC foundation should be in the ratio 1:2:4 by cement sand and chips of size 19 mm and down and dimensions as per site requirement as per instructions of the Engineer In-charge.

Supply , installation , testing and commissioning of floor/ pedestal mounted Outdoor type LT Panel Board double door with IP-64 protection dust-vermin & corrosion proof, chemically treated , colour of panel shall be RAL 7035 structured finish , modular in construction made of suitable size, using CRCA Sheet Steel of 2mm thickness and are Epoxy powder coating having 9 tank process having provision of cable alley in both sides as per Sr. DEE/GHY SPECFICATION No: SDEE/GH/SPN/52 Dated 21/5/2007 with 1 set 3 phase with neutral (TPN) electrolytic grade 1500A COPPER bus bar and bus bar system shall have heat shrinkable coloured PVC sleeve . The panel should have three row digital display voltmeter ammeter with CT's of control fuse and 3 Nos. LED indication lamp, auxiliary contactors, cam switches etc. as per manufacturer specification/recommendation. All internal connection to be done by suitable size copper strip, internal connection with terminal shrouds ,source separator and phrase barriers , to be provided as per direction of site Engineer in-charge of Railway. comprising of the following :- a) Supply, fitting, fixing, testing & Commissioning of 02 Nos. 630 Amps, 4 pole, 50 KA Microprocessor released Based MCCB suitable for mounting in the above LT panel board, connection of incoming supply of copper strips of suitable size from the bus bar. b) Supply, fitting, fixing, testing & Commissioning of 04 Nos. 250 Amps, 4 pole, 36 KA Microprocessor released Based MCCB suitable for mounting in the above LT panel board, connection of incoming supply of copper strips of suitable size from the bus bar. c) Supply, fitting, fixing, testing & Commissioning of 03 Nos. 125 Amps, 4 pole, 25 KA MCCB suitable for mounting in the above LT panel board, connection of incoming supply of copper strips of suitable size from the bus bar. (MCCB including spreader terminals (extended type), terminal cover (long type) and phase barrier as per requirement and suitable for mounting in the above LT panel board. Breaking capacity of all MCCB's should be Ics=100% Icu with adjustable magnetic settings and MCCB's shall have a rated service voltage up to 690V and rated impulse withstand voltage shall not be lesser than 8 KV).

Internal connection with Phase Barriers, terminal shrouds, source 13 separator, aux. contacts, suitable copper strip & Handle with door interlock kit to be provided as per direction of site Engineer in-charge of Railway. b) Supply, fitting, fixing, testing & Commissioning of 02 Nos. 400 Amps, 4 pole, 36 KA microprocessor released Based MCCB suitable for mounting in the above LT panel board, connection of incoming supply of copper strips of suitable size from the bus bar. c) Supply, fitting, fixing, testing & Commissioning of 06 Nos. 125 Amps, 4 pole, 25 KA MCCB suitable for mounting in the above LT panel board, connection of incoming supply of copper strips of suitable size from the bus bar. d) Supply, fitting, fixing, testing & Commissioning of 01 Nos. 63 Amps, 4 pole, MCB and 1 Nos. astronomical programmable digital timer switch with 60 amps, 4 pole , AC-3 rating contractor as per requirement of site including internal connection should be stranded copper strips of suitable size from the bus bar to be provided as per direction at site Engineer. e) Supply, fitting, fixing, testing & Commissioning of RYB indication LED lamp , Digital Voltmeter and Digital Ammeter with Selection switch and CTs as per direction of site engineer. (MCCB including spreader terminals (extended type), terminal cover (long type) and phase barrier as per requirement and suitable for mounting in the above LT panel board. Breaking capacity of all MCCB's should be Ics=100% Icu with adjustable magnetic settings and MCCB's shall have a rated service voltage up to 690V and rated impulse withstand voltage shall not be lesser than 8 KV).

(MCCB including spreader terminals (extended type), terminal cover (long type) and phase barrier as per requirement and suitable for mounting in the above LT panel board. Breaking capacity of all MCCB's should be Ics=100% Icu with adjustable magnetic settings and MCCB's shall have a rated service voltage up to 690V and rated impulse withstand voltage shall not be lesser than 8 KV).

Excavation of cable trench 1.0 X 0.5 Meter below the GL with laying of armored cable 15 and refilling the same by supply of Brick, Sand and Soil after digging the earth as per direction of Engineer at site & connection of armored Cable by supply and fixing of crimping lugs etc. as per drawing No PCEE/ELG/DRG/2024/2 dated 04.10.2024.

Supply, erection of earthing set by 50 mm dia. GI pipe 3 Mts. Long including 16 construction of earth pit with cover, 50x6 mm GI strip should be welded with the earth pipe and earth continuity by (25x3) mm GI strip, nuts & bolts etc. as per direction at site and to be constructed as per DRG No: PCEE/ELG/DRG/2024/1 Dated 30.09.2024.

Supply and filling of stone dust in the above treated switch yard as per instruction of site engineer in-charge of Railway.

Supply and spreading of 40 mm pebbles with proper dressing in the switch yard as per instruction of site in-charge of Railway.

Supply & commissioning of 90mm (OD) diameter Double wall corrugated PN-6.0 19 Kgf/cm2 HDPE pipe partly through over ground & partly through underground including provision of necessary socket, MS flat if size 50x6mm, suitable size nut, bolt, washer and required bend, joints etc. as per direction of site engineer in-charge of Railway.

Supply, fitting and fixing of LT heat shrinkable straight through shrink jointing kit suitable for L.T. XLPE insulated cable of size 4 core 240 sq mm to 4 core x 300 sq mm, 1100V grade. (L.T. Cable will be supplied by Rly)

Supply, fitting and fixing of LT heat shrinkable straight through shrink jointing kit suitable for L.T. XLPE insulated cable of size 4 core 70 sq mm to 4 core120 sq mm, 1100V grade. (L.T. Cable will be supplied by Rly)

Supply, fitting and fixing of LT heat shrinkable straight through shrink jointing kit suitable for L.T. XLPE insulated cable of size 4 core 16 sq mm, 1100V grade. (L.T. Cable will be supplied by Rly)

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of LT heat shrinkable type outdoor cable 23 end termination kit suitable for single core 1.1 KV grade XLPE 4 core 240 sq mm size cable including all accessories for connecting cable to transformer through suitable Lug etc as per direction at site Engineer in-charge of Railway.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of LT heat shrinkable type outdoor cable 24 end termination kit suitable for single core 1.1 KV grade XLPE 4 core 700 sq mm size cable including all accessories for connecting cable to transformer through suitable Lug etc as per direction at site Engineer in-charge of Railway.

Carrying, Laying, commissioning of various sizes of XLPE armoured cable (630Sq mm 32 S/C, 120Sq mm S/C, etc) partly along the pole and partly through ground in cable trench with suitable fixing arrangement by supply and fixing of suitable size of crimping lugs etc. Loading, unloading & carrying of cable to actual work site by contractor own arrangement as per instruction of Engineer incharge at site.

B-Provision of aesthetic lighting of approach road and circulating area

Supply & commissioning of 50 (OD) mm diameter Double wall corrugated PN-6.0 Kgf/cm2 HDPE pipe partly through over ground & partly through underground including provision of necessary socket etc. as per direction of site engineer in-charge of Railway.

Excavation of cable trench 1.0 X 0.5 Meter below the GL with laying of armored cable 34 and refilling the same by supply of Brick, Sand and Soil after digging the earth as per direction of Engineer at site & connection of armored Cable by supply and fixing of crimping lugs etc. as per drawing No PCEE/ELG/DRG/2024/2 dated 04.10.2024.

Supply, erection of earthing set by 50 mm dia. GI pipe 3 Mts. Long including construction of earth pit with cover, 50x6 mm GI strip should be welded with the earth pipe and earth continuity by (25x3) mm GI strip, nuts & bolts etc. as per direction at site and to be constructed as per DRG No. PCEE/ELG/DRG/2024/1 Dated 30.09.2024.

Supply, fitting, fixing, testing & Commissioning of 6Amp Single pole, MCB C series as per direction of site engineer.

Supply and wiring of sub- main line cassing capping by 2x2.5 sq. mm. PVC insulated unsheathed and multi stranded FRLS Copper Cable confirming to IS 694/1990 through suitable size of PVC cassing capping with 1sq. mm unsheathed copper cable as earth continuity wire .

Supply, erection testing and commissioning of 6 mtr height single arm decorative GI 38 pole with cast aluminum arms including 1nos 80W tear drop pendant LED fitting along with foundation as per manufacturer's design complete. Luminaries should be Philips, Wipro, Havells, Bajaj or similar .

Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of 6 mtr height double arm decorative GI 39 poles with cast aluminium including with suitable luminaires 2 No 80W tear drop pendant LED and foundation as per manufacturer's design complete. Luminaries should be Philips, Wipro, Havells, Bajaj or similar .

Dismantling the existing pole/ octagonal pole above 6 m height with brackets, clamps, 40 insulators, stay from the cement concrete foundation and making the site clear by refilling the pits with excavated materials and bringing it to the ground level along with transportation of released pole, materials to nearest depot as per direction of Site Engineer.

Erection & Commissioning of 4/5/6mtr Octagonal pole/ decorative pole/ Octagon having Single/ Double arm bracket (as per requirement) of length one mtr, top cap etc. 1/6 of the pole to be burried in ground , concretting the foundation of size 1mx1mx1.2m in the ratio 1:3:6 41 (Cement : Stone cheap : Sand) and construction of muffing of size 1.5 ftx 1.5 ftx 1.5 ft. with 6" slope on the top above cement finishing ( the rate shall be inclusive of all materials ) & painting of pole (if required). supply and fixing of Terminal connector, connection of terminals with lugs, earthing at the suitable location, with necessary cable arrangement for lighting fixture with double arm brackets including transportation of pole to site location. of the pole.

Supply , installation , testing & commissioning of outdoor type weather proof thermoplastic feeder pillar box of suitable size consisting of 1X32A DP MCB C Series, with digital 42 astronomical timer switch and 40A 4pole AC-3 rating contactor .The feeder pillar box four legs should be grounded on CC foundation (1:3:6)/ or fitted on pole as per site requirement of Site Engineer. Cable entry should have PVC glands, feeder pillar box should have door system with locking arrangement with fixing of rubber gasket for protection of entry of dust and water along with supply, as per instruction of Engineer Incharge at Site.
