SCOPE OF WORK AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS

CONSTRUCTION OF TWO WHEEL PARKING STAND AT GONDA DEPOT

1) The party would carry out entire job on its own and no help whatsoever shall be provided by BPCL in

terms of manpower, labour, tools, tackles, equipment etc.

2) The party shall report for carrying out the jobs as per the timings/days/holidays/Sundays advised by

BPCL. This would be done in order to ensure that the overall operations of the installation do not suffer.

3) All forms provided in the e tender form are to be downloaded, printed, signed and stamped by the

4) The vendor has to provide a letter to BPCL stating that they have neither being Blacklisted or given

Holiday Listing in any of the oil companies. This has to be given on the letter head of the vendor and has

to be signed, sealed and stamped.

5) All line items in the tender document for price bid need to be filled. In case any party does not enter all

line items in the tender document, the party shall be considered disqualified.

6) The party to take care of all the safety aspects in BPCL terminal as per the required safety standards and

as advised by safety in charge. All PPEs to be provided by the party at its own expense.

7) The job requires constant working at heights. The party shall need to get requisite materials for enabling

working at heights.

8) Necessary scaffolding/ladder, safety harness, other PPEs would be used while working. All these shall be

procured by the party.

9) The party shall have to comply with all government regulations like PF, ESIC, WC, Medical certificates,

scaffolding, welding certificates, and equipment testing certificates by approved agencies. All this would

be in the scope of the party

10) The job includes all jobs to be done by the party which shall be required to ensure proper fitting, stability

of plate forms.

11) All parties are free to carry out the inspection of the location within working timings of the location and

quote. The timings for visit are:

Monday to Saturday : 8.30 AM to 17.00PM

Sundays and public holidays : CLOSED

12) Party may seek the list of holidays from the location to avoid any confusion.

13) The party must quote per unit rate.

14) Following materials shall be used in construction of shed for two wheeler parking stand

Note : Above quantity are tentative and may vary as per the physical requirement.

15) Supply, welding cutting and fixing of sheet will be in scope of bidder.

16) Vendor has to first take the permit before starting of job on daily basis.

17) Civil job shall be done as per the service line item and bill shall be processed on basis of actual

18) Vendor has to provide mesh of 1 X1 meter 3mm steel rode in surface PCC 1:2:4 so that PCC does not get

crack in future.

19) At least 14 days of curing of PCC and RCC column is most.

20) For land filling BPCL will provide the gravels but bidder has to bring at required location without

additional cost within the premises.

21) Transporting of material will be in scope of vendor.

22) The service includes the one cote primer and two cote painting of structure.

23) Vendor has to submit the welder certificate.

24) Line item 50: BLD RCC PLINTH FOR COLUMNS W “ This includes the reinforcement of 10mm and 8mm

steel rode as per the drawing attached”.

25) Line item 30: Supply and fitting of roofing metal curved sheet surface treatment: galvanized coated

26) Vendor should have valid vendor registration certificate having minimum limit of 10 lakhs and has to

upload during submission of bid. if documents not uploaded or not valid will not be consider for price

27) Bill would be processed on basis of actual measurement.

28) Penalty clause will be applicable as per GCC.
