SITC of outdoor type both sided door feeder pillar box on brick foundation incl. construction of brick foundation of suitable length , width and Height such that there is suitable foundation below the ground level and the feeder pillar be installed atleast 18” height from Gr. Level. Inside the brick pedestal will be filled up by loose sand where the incoming & outgoing cable will rest. The pillar box will be fabricated from 3 mm thick sheet steel with top cover/canopy being of 5 mm thick sheet steel. The size of the pillar box will be 1800(H) x 1500(W) x 650(D) mm with inner enclosure [size 1500(H) x 1200(W) x 450(D) mm] and 4 nos. angle iron leg & making interconnection by suitable size copper flat / wire. Double Locking arrangement will be made with lock and duplicate keys (7 lever Godrej, navatal lock) with door handle. Two numbers lighting arrangement with control switch to be made inside the box as working light and 1 no. 250V., 5/15 combined plug socket & switch. Painting will be made by synthetic enamelled paint after 2 coats of red led primer. Supply & Fixing of perforated GI cable tray with perforation not more than 17.5% suspended from ceiling incl. S&F GI connector, 6mm dia MS suspender, bolts & nuts, steel fastener etc. as required of the following size. Incl. Al painting of MS support. With 25x25x3mm angle iron support 300x50x1.25mm (18SWG)
Earthing with 65 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium)x 3.0 Mts. long and 1 No. 50 mm x 6 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including finishing both ends by making holes etc. and S & F 65 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts
TERMS & CONDITIONS :- The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them. Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/ submission of bill. If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules
Defect Liabibility Period 1 (One) year
