Providing two legged scaffolding using 13-15cm dia casuarinas post of 4m over all length (3m length + 0.5m projection + 0.5m into the ground) the distance between two rows being 1.5m and the spacing of the post being 2.0m in both rows with two horizontal posts with 0.5m.Overlap on either side and braces at 2.0m center to center including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step and providing platform with country wood planks of 40mm thick and 1m width etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five M.Sand) using best quality Burnt Clay Brick of size 9” x 4 3/8” x 2 3/4” with class designation of 12.5 conforming to IS 1077-1992 / Fly ash Brick of size 30x110x70mm with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 13757-1993 or IS 12894-2002 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer curing, etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally.other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge.

SuperStructure in Ground Floor upto 4.5m height.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

For plane surfaces such as lintel roof beam, Roof slab etc.,

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two M. sand and Four stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc.., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

For Superstructure in Ground floor up to 4.50m height.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, assembling fabricating and errecting the build up purlin for Extension of Eaves on Gable wall side of godown using with 100x50x3mm MS Rectangular Channel and 100x50mm MS rectangular channel for closing the end of Purlin etc.Complete Complying with Standard Specification.

Providing and fixing colour coated galvalume profile sheets (Make- TATA/JSW) with the depth of 30 mm and pitch of corrugation 200 mm (Colour and shape of profile as approved by the Engineer-in-charge), 0.47 mm(TCT) total coated thickness( tolerance as per relevant IS code), material yield strength 550 MPa, galvalume AZ-150 GSM (both side inclusive) with regular modified polyester paint and coating of 20-25 micron RMP on exposed surface including primer and 7-10 micron epoxy coating on unexposed surface including primer. The sheet should be supplied in single length as shown in drawing or as desired by Engineer in charge and shall be fixed using stainless steel Hex cap headed self drilling/ tapping stainless steel screws M6, 65 mm long with 3 mm thick EPDM seal and Stainless steel stitching screw of size 19X2.5 mm excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. All screw should be sealed with silicon sealant. (The contractor should take over the AC sheets on buy back policy).

Supplying and fixing corrugated Poly Carbonate Sheet of size 3.00m x1.06m of 6mm thick on the roof in-between the colour coated Galvolume sheets for proper lighting with necessary screws and EPDM rubber washers etc.., complete complying with standard specification and as directed and specified by the departmental officers including cost of loading, unloading and transportation charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing anchorage arrangements to the ridge sheet using M.S Flat of Size 40mm x 6mm including cost of Materials like MS Flat, self threaded screws with bushes and labour charges for cutting, drilling and fitting etc., complete complying with Standard Specifications.

Supplying assembling and Errection of Cantilever Trusses with Purlin for Rain Shelter arrangements for opening Rolling Shutters in Godown. The Cantilever Trusses making with Mild Steel Hollow square Tube Section of Size 50x50x2.50mm for bottom and Rafter members and cross members tie up with 25x25x2.50mm size of MS Square tube sections also the Two trusses tie up with 4 Nos of Purlins to a Length of 5.10m and size of 100x50x2.50mm Rectangular Section, the Purlins to be fixed with required MS Cleat Angle, the roof shelter to be covered with Galvalume sheet of 0.47mm thick with required curved at the end of sheet and the rate inclusive of Cost of Materials like MS pipes, Angle, and Galvalume Roofing Sheet and required bolt and Nutts also including necessary masonry work to errected the cantilever trusses the trusses and Purlins to be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of Red Oxide Primer etc. Complete Complying with Standard Specification. ( The trusses and Roofing sheets should be got approved from the depatmental Engineer incharge before use on Work.). The AC sheet and old truss material should be taken over by contractor on buy back policy.

Repairs in the Manual Rolling Shutters of size 1.80m x 2.44m and replacing the Exisiting worn out spares like M.S tension spring, small lathe, empty pully and double ball bearing, locking arrangements and also servicing the gear box and shutter for smoothening function and pull operation etc,. including cost of replacing materials labour charges etc complete complying with standard specification.

Repair and Servicing the Existing wornout wooden/iron, Ventilators / mesh mild glass etc.., including cost of replacing materials and labour charges etc.., including cost of weld mesh complete complying with standard specifications.

Painting old wood works with two coats of best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour ( the colour and quality should be got approved by the Engineer incharge before use on works) the rates inclusive of removing of old paint from doors, windows and wood works by manual labour including cost of brushes, scaffolding charges, finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers during execution of work.

Painting old iron works two coats such as steel doors, windows, steel grills, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint in all floors, etc., including removing old paint from iron surface with sand paper, complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Engineer incharge before use on works)
