M & L for 75 mm PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20mm graded aggregate as plinth protection finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 50 mm deep x 10mm wide for plinth protection & similar work , filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' in plinth protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 100 mm PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20mm graded aggregate as in floor of hard standing finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65 mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' in floor surface of hard standing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11Sqm and nexc .18 Sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement mixed with pigments to match the screed bed with CM (1:6) 15mm thick laying floor tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 350 x 250 x 7mm /450 x 350 x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement mixed with pigments to match over 10mm thick CM (1:4) in dado/skirting tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge..

M&l for PCC type D-2(1:4:8) using 40mm graded crushed aggregate as mass conc and filling of foundation complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L dressed granite or trap Kerb stones roughly squared stones of size 20cm x 30 cm ,so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall noot exceed 6mm for top and exposed surfaces of sides and 20mm for the rest of surfaces jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and struck finish ( rate included for removal of old damaged curb stones of any description) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth over new steel surfaces or roof surfaces etc, complete all as sfd and directed.
