Wet Scrubber Fabricated from SS304 Cylindrical Vertical self-support type Erection of Scrubber. With Water sprinklers inside and fixed blade cyclone creator inside for mixing of dust, flue gases with water. 3 Horse power – 1400 RPM motor with SS 304 suction blower installation after the wet scrubber for suction of flue gases from furnace to wet scrubber and sending scrubbed gases into the chimney. The Ducting between furnace – wetscrubber – suction blower, of 12” diameter. Separate SS 304 cylindrical water tank with water re-circulation motor under scrubber of approx. 300 litters capacity for rotation of water. Entire Water connections made out of GI pipes. Appropriate outlet from the water tank (with over head storage tank ) to drain the scrubbed water.

Chimney Chimney for Exhaust( minimum one and maximum two nos of furnace) 30.5 meter / 100 feet height MS fabricated self-support chimney Approximate bottom Dia. 1000 mm & top Dia 400 mm. The Bottom / Base Cone part of 12mm thickness. 2nd and 3rd Part of chimney pipe of 10mm thickness 4th ,5th and 6th Part of chimney pipe of 8mm thickness Ligtening arrestor at top and earthening / GI railing strip from top to bottom with proper earthening. Aviation light at the top of the chimney with proper electrical wiring and supply. Chimney shall be treated with one coat of anti-rust primer and two coats of heat resistant Aluminum Paint
