PART-I AS PER APPX 'A'

Supply, installation and testing of 30 KW solar (Off Grid) system complete including power supply connection upto the distribution box as per technical specification. All as specified and as directed in TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS.

PART-II AS PER APPX 'A'

Supply and construction of complete superstructure including trusses, purlins, rafters, extension gable and eaves end member, doors, windows, precast lintel, sunshades, false ceiling, PPGL 0.50mm roofing sheet with FRP bubble heat reflective sheet and wind tie etc and substructure including foundation, plinth wall, plinth protection and flooring as specified in Technical Specifications and drawing including internal electrification as mentioned in Serial No 2 (m to r) to include the handing storage and utilization of the fwg stores:-

(a) Cement OPC - 43/ 53 Grade (Make : Ambuja/ Birla/ ACC/ Ultratech/ JK/ Shree)

(b) Sand Coarse (to be approved by consignee authority)

(c) Stone aggregate 20mm nominal size (graded).

(d) Stone aggregate 40mm (to be approved by consignee authority)

(e) Stone aggregate 63mm to 75mm (to be approved by consignee authority)

(f) PCC block of size 400 x 200 x 150mm made in 1:2:4 (to be approved by consignee authority)

(g) Water proofing compound (Make: Pidilite/ ACC/ Ultratech/ Ambuja)

(h) White Colour Oil bound Distemper (Berger/ Asian/ Johnson)

(j) Water Based exterior Emulsion paint (Make: Asian/ Nerolac/ Berger/ Shalimar)

(k) Synthetic enamel paint first quality colour and sample to be approved. (Make - Nerolac/ Apcolite/ Asian/ Shalimar/ Berger)

(l) Primer first quality (Make : Asian/ Nerolac/ Berger/ Shalimar)

(m) External type bulk head fitting with 12 watt LED light complete (Make-Bajaj/ Philips/ Oreva/ Crompton and Greeves/ Anchor)

(n) LED light fitting 1 x 20 watt (size 600 x 600mm ceiling type), complete with all accessories internally pre wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size.

(o) Switch 5 Amps Modular type one way. (Make : Anchor/ crabtree/ Indoasian/ Siemens/ L&T/ Havells).

(p) PVC copper FRLS (flame retardant low smoke), Cable insulated, multistranded 1.5 sqmm. Colour : Black, red & green. (Roll of 90m each) (Make : KEI/ Anchor/ Havells/ Finolex/ Polycab)

(q) PVC unarmed aluminium cable 10 Sqmm 2 core B 27 : G 28 (Make : KEI /Havells/ Finolex/ Polycab/ Plaza/ Vardhman)

(r) PVC capping/ casing 25mm with accessories ISI marked. (Make : B 27 : G 28 Anchor/ Indoasian/ Philips/ Bajaj/ Equivalent ISI Marked)

Supply and lay cable XLPE Insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductors all as per IS -7098 (Part-1 1977) and Part 2- 1985 of following sizes in trench/ wall/ floor of 4 core 25 Sqmm all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthing of machinery/ equipment installed at power house/ sub station, using 32 x 6mm galvanized MS strip and MS galvanized plate of size 600 x 600 x 6mm, as earth electrode all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge

Supply and fixing of Ceiling fan 1200mm wide (Make : Bajaj/ Orient/ Phillips/ Crompton)
