Refurbishment of 50 Nos. of Residential quarters for Category D and E Type Houses Phase - 28 in Kalpakkam Township.

Excavating trenches of required width by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator / manual means) for pipes, cables etc., for depth upto 1.5m in all kinds of soil including excavation for sockets, dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, getting out the excavated soil and then refilling the soil as required in layers not exceeding 200mm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc., and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m, (Disposed soil to be leveled by breaking clods, if any and neatly dressed), etc., all complete as per specification.

Providing and laying in position of plain cement concrete using hard granite broken stone for all insitu leveling courses in foundations, floor, roof screeding, encasing pipes, etc., including mechanical mixing, ramming, compaction, leveling, curing, dewatering, if any including the cost of formwork etc., all complete as per specifications.

1 : 5 : 10 (1 cement : 5 sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

1 : 3 : 6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Filling in depression with cement brick aggregate concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm size broken brick aggregate including compacting, curing etc., all complete upto Floor V level

Supplying, placing in position and removing Formwork for all insitu concrete works including sloped roof and arches etc., as per drawings and specifications, all centering, scaffolding complete (Note: Measurement for the formwork shall be the area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces).

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side at all height made with 40mm diameter M.S. tube spaced @ 1.5m center to center at both horizontal and vertical tubes, joining with cup and lock system with M.S.tube, M.S.tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc., and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners connection with the building, etc., Wherever required for the inspection of work at required location with essential safety features for the workmen, etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.)

Providing and casting insitu Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 using machine crushed hard broken granite stone of nominal size 20mm including mechanical mixing, transporting, placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidation, curing, finishing smooth all exposed faces, for all insitu concrete items, etc. as per drawings and specifications. Note : The rate quoted shall be exclusive of reinforcement and formwork which will be paid for separately under relevant items.

Providing and casting insitu Pathway slab of 75mm thick with Plain Cement Concrete 1:5:10 base concrete using 25mm stone metal over 75mm thick gravel base and finishing the top surface simultaneously with 20mm thick Indian patent stone flooring of Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 using 10mm and below size metal with necessary grooves including necessary earthwork excavation, laying and compacting gravel base and plain cement concrete, shuttering, curing, providing dividing strips in IPS flooring, etc., all complete as per specification.

Providing, cutting, bending, placing and binding Steel reinforcement using TMT bars of Fe-500 grade in all reinforced cement concrete works including cutting, bending, fixing, tieing in position with 1.6 mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire, cost of cover blocks in C.M 1:2, etc., complete as per specifications and drawings. Important Note: The required quantity of steel reinforcement as mentioned in the schedule should be procured by the contractor only of SAIL, Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (VIZAG), TATA Steel & JINDAL from authorized dealers which shall conform to IS: 1786 (Latest Edition).

Providing, hoisting and fixing in position of 50mm thickness of precast slabs in cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using hard broken stones of maximum size 20mm finished smooth of various sizes and patterns including necessary formwork and moulds, mechanical mixing, finishing the exposed surface, curing, fixing at all levels, grouting with CM / Cement grout wherever required, etc., all complete excluding cost of reinforcement which will be measured separately under relevant item as per specifications and as direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying brick masonry in Cement Mortar 1:6 at all lifts with well burnt chamber bricks / FALG Bricks including scaffolding, curing, raking out joints and including dismantling the existing brick work, disposing the dismantled debris within 2 kms lead etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and constructing 110mm thick (plus or minus 5mm) brick work in Cement Mortar 1:4 using well burnt chamber bricks / FALG Bricks including scaffolding, curing, raking out joints etc., and including dismantling the existing brickwork, disposing the dismantled debris within 2 Kms lead etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and constructing Compound wall in brickwork using well burnt chamber bricks / FALG Bricks of approved quality in CM 1:4, consisting of 110mm thick brick work, 230 x 230mm size brick pillars at every 3 meters intervals and at junctions, corners, etc., brick on edge layer at bottom and top as coping including dismantling the existing brick work, disposing the dismantled debris with in 2 Kms lead, curing, racking out joints, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Closing of existing 110mm thick honeycomb wall with brick masonry in CM 1:4 using well burnt stock bricks at all levels including cleaning the surface, fixing the cut bricks into the holes with cement mortar, finishing the surface, scaffolding, curing all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Indian Patent Stone Flooring with cement concrete 1:2:4; 20mm thick using 10mm and below size hard broken stones including dismantling the damaged portion of existing floor/dadoo, preparation of surface, consolidating, curing, rubbing the surfaces smooth, providing dividing strips, disposing the dismantled debris at suitable places as shown at site within 2Km lead, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying In-situ mosaic flooring and dadooing using best Indian white and colour marble chips of sizes from smallest to 4 mm nominal size laid in cement marble powder mix 3:1 (3 cement : 1 marble powder) by weight in proportion of 4:7 (4 cement marble powder mix : 7 marble chips) by volume, 6mm thickness laid over a bed of 12mm (Average) thick bed mortar in CM 1:3 including chipping the damaged portion of existing floor/dadoo, preparation of surface with bed mortar, laying/compacting the mixed mosaic chips thoroughly with grinding stone, curing, polishing the with suitable grit corborundum stone at specified interval, disposing the dismantled debris at suitable places shown at site within 2Km lead, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Granite of Ruby red/Jet Black colour (16 - 18mm thick) gang saw cut mirror polished, (pre moulded and prepolished slab) machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, etc., including rubbing, curing, finishing, providing holes of required diameter, providing opening to fix counter basins, providing grooves wherever required, etc., all complete at all levels as per specifications. (Note: The Granite stones slab shall be got approved by the Engineer before making bulk order.)

Providing and fixing beading at the ends of platform to arrest water fall by cutting the granite stone slab of 25 to 40mm wide, rounding the edges, polishing and fixing to the platform with necessary metal paste including finishing the surfaces etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Granite of Ruby red/Jet Black colour (16 - 18mm thick) gang saw cut mirror polished, (pre moulded and prepolished slab) for kitchen shelves, etc., including cutting a chase of appropriate width with chase cutter, embedding (min 40mm) the stone into the chase with epoxy grout or with cement concrete 1:2:4 or white cement, finished smooth, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Exposed area will only be measured for payment.)

Repolishing the Mosaic flooring and skirting with medium and fine polishing using 120 to 150 and 320 to 400 grit corborundam stones with the use of floor polishing machine/Hand polishing including washing thoroughly with soap powder and wax polishing, etc., as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Repairing and rectifying the minor repair works like wall cracks, floor cracks, spalling of mortar on sides of doors, windows, wall and door joints, including the cost of materials, T&P using CM 1:3 etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing water proofing treatment at sunken portion of toilet, utility, bathroom etc,. with two coat of two component highly flexible polymer modified cementitious water proofing coating of make FAB chemical (Mixguard AC) or Bostik (Boscolastic) or equivalent including preparation of surface free from dust/oil/grease, sealing the UPVC sleeve pipes using non shrink grout mortar over bonding coat using SBR chemicals and sealing the joints with polyester fleece along the periphery of UPVC pipes, appling two coat of water proofing etc,. all complete as detailed below as per manufacturer specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Surface preparation: The surface to receive water proof treatment shall be cleaned to make sure that the surface free from dust, dirt, laitance, debris, loose mortars, oil particles etc., which may negatively affect the adhesion of water proof treatment with mother concrete surface. Sealing bore hole gap around the sleeve pipes: The gap around the pipe shall be filled with non shrink grout mortar of make FAB chemicals (Mixgrout NS) or equivalent and providing necessary slurry tight form work to enveloping the pipe with a bead of 6 to 8mm and 5mm above the surface level along with a sealer coat of make FAB chemical (Mixprime AC100) or equivalent and seal with saturated polyester fleece all along the periphery of pipes. Water proof treatment: Providing and applying two coats of two component Highly elastomeric flexible polymer modified cementitious cold applied water proof coating of make FAB chemical (Mixguard AC) or Bostik (Boscolastic) over the prepared surface to cover complete area, finishing etc. Extend the coating up to a minimum of 300mm height to the adjoining wall as per manufacturer specification.

(Note:- 1) All the sunken portion shall be tested for the water leaking before and after treatment by filling with water for 24hours and grouting shall be carried out if any leakage found. 2) The treatment should be done by an agency specialized in the job having sufficient knowledge of waterproofing treatment. 3) Five years guarantee from the date of completion of maintenance period shall be given by the contractor in the prescribed format of the department for the workmanship and the materials provided.)

Providing and inserting 12mm (± 2mm) dia Galvanized steel/ Aluminium injection nipple suitable to withstand high pressure grouting in honey comb area/weak/porous concrete including drilling of holes of required diametre (20mm to 30mm) up to depth from 30mm to 80mm at required spacing, making the hole dust free by blowing compressed air, sealing the sides of injection nipple with adhesive chemical of make MC Bauchemie (MC Fix-ST) or Bostik (Plug leak) or other approved make and allow it to cure, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and injecting PU based injection grout of make MC Bauchemie (MC Inkjet 2700L) or other approved make in proportion as recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete by suitable two component injection gun/pump at required pressure including mixing of two component, injecting at specified pressure, cutting of nipples after curing, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- i) The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected. ii) Mixing ratio of chemicals, consumption and application shall be as per manufacturer specifications. ii) Mixing ratio of chemicals, consumption and application shall be as per manufacturer specifications. iii) The treatment should be done by an agency specialized in the job having sufficient knowledge of grouting in concrete. iv) Cost of providing and fixing of injection nipples will be paid for separately under relevant item.

Arresting the leakages in the floor and wall joints in bathroom/toilet/ all rooms by chipping the joints upto 20 to 30mm deep and grouting with cement mixed with approved water proofing compound @ 2% (two percent) by weight of cement including finishing the surface, disposing the debris at suitable places, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 1st quality Rectified (Jointless) Ceramic floor tiles (Glazed or Anti-skid) of size 300x300 mm or more confirming to IS : 15622 of KAJARIA (Approved concept of Digital Series) or SOMANY (Digital Series - Glasstra) or JOHNSON (Approved concept of Satin & Rustic / Glossy series) or approved equivalent make in all colours, shades in Floors laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 Cement : 4 sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm including dismantling the existing insitu mosaic or terrazzo tile flooring, preparation of surface, grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments, curing, disposing the dismantled debris at suitable places shown at site within 2Kms lead, etc., all complete as per specification.

Providing and fixing 1st quality Rectified (Jointless) Glazed ceramic wall tiles of size 300x450 mm or more of approved concept series confirming to IS 15622 of 'KAJARIA (Digital Series) or JOHNSON (Satin &Rustic / Glossy series)] or SOMANY or other approved make in all colours and shades in Skirting, Risers of steps and Dados laid over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm or by using Cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) or other approved tile adhesive including providing Motiff tiles as per approved concept, pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade, chipping the existing insitu mosaic / plastering or cuddappah stone dadoo, preparation of surface, disposing the dismantled debris at suitable places shown at site within 2Km lead, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing of Rigid PVC nosing of approved quality and colour at the corners of Ceramic tiles dadooing including finishing all complete as directed and as per specifications.

Providing Half Round Edge Moulding to 16-18mm thick marble / Granite or 20-25mm thick Kota stone counters, vanities, sills, etc. including machine polishing the edges to give high gloss finish etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer - in – charge.

Granite work

Removing unconditioned existing MS gate (Single leaf) from the Brick pillars without damaging the gate and refixing the same by making pocket holes near the hold fast portion and packing with CC 1:2:4 mix and finishing to the existing surfaces etc., all complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position of Mortar Bund of size 50x40mm (upto 1.00 metre length) in Cement Mortar 1:3 (1 Cement: 3 sand) at sill level of doors including dismantling the existing bund, disposing the debris, making exposed surfaces smooth with cement slurry, curing, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Providing and laying in position of Mortar Bund of size 50x50mm in Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 Cement: 6 sand) at terrace level of checking for water seepage/leaks in the ceiling of houses including dismantling the mortar bund for after seven days of stagnating water and disposing the debris, making surfaces smooth etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Supplying and fixing 20mm to 25mm thick both side polished cuddapah stone slabs for Shelves in Cupboard/Wardrobe/Shoe rack, tumbler slabs etc., including removing the existing wooden tiers, fixing by cutting a chase of appropriate width with cutter and embedding the stone into the chase with epoxy grout or with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) finished smooth, front face polishing, rounding the edges, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Cudappah stones shall be got approved by the Engineer before making bulk order)

Providing and fixing 14-16mm thick table rubbed White Agaria Marble Stone slab of following size and fixed in shelves, above wash basin, bath, etc., including cutting a chase of appropriate width with chase cutter, embedding (min 50mm) the stone into the chase with epoxy grout or with cement concrete 1:2:4 or white cement, finished smooth, rounding the exposed edges, polishing, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Size of the slabs indicated are the exposed area of shelves i.e., excluding embedded area.)

Repairs to the wall and ceiling cracks by chipping and removing the damaged portion upto 20 to 30mm deep, 100 to 200mm wide and plastering with CM 1:3 including making grooves over cracks, grouting with cement slurry or approved crack filling compound, providing Glass fibre mesh, applying necessary approved quality bonding chemicals, finishing the surface, curing, white washing two coats, disposing the debris within 2Kms lead etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Repairs over the spalling on concrete members by chipping and removing the damaged portion and plastering with CM 1:3 including cleaning the surfaces, applying rust converter of approved quality, filling the damaged portion with cement concrete wherever required, applying necessary approved quality bonding chemicals, finishing the surface in layers, curing, white washing two coats, disposing the debris within 2Kms lead etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing best quality Stainless Steel sink with Drain board of overall size 1040 x 510mm (Bowl depth 200mm) of make 'NIRALI / PRAYAG' or other approved equivalent make of 1mm thick Stainless Steel grade AISI-304 (18/8) as per IS-14283, including fixing over opening in RCC slab of platform or supplying and fixing CI bracket pair and placing the sink over the platform/bracket to correct line and level, basket type choke stop stainer, waste coupling with check nuts, providing flexible hose from waste coupling to Nahani trap or Waste line, finishing the platform surface with white cement or other approved grouting materials etc., all complete as per IS-14283 specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5, 12mm thick for brickwork / Concrete on its internal faces at all lifts including scaffolding, curing and forming grooves wherever necessary all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in­charge. [Note: 6mm premium glass fibre of make Dugar & Co or Recron shall be mixed with Cement @ 60 gms of glass fibre per 50kgs of cement]

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5, 12mm thick for brickwork / Concrete on its external faces at all lifts including scaffolding, curing and forming grooves wherever necessary all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in­charge. [Note: 6mm premium glass fibre of make Dugar & Co or Recron shall be mixed with Cement @ 60 gms of glass fibre per 50kgs of cement]

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5; 20mm thick for brickwork / concrete, finished smooth including scaffolding, curing and forming grooves wherever necessary and including chipping the plastering, applying bonding agents, disposing the dismantled debris, etc all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer.

Providing and laying Pressed clay Tiles of 230x230mm of approved make colour and pattern over roof at all elevations jointed with cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing laid over a bed of 20mm thick cement motar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) and finished neat complete.

Repairs over weathering course leakages by chipping out damaged portion, cleaning thoroughly washing the surfaces making V grooves on cracks, grouting with cement slurry sealing the cracks with replastering/concreting finishing etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Flush pointing on roof tiles by removing the damaged pointing over existing roof tiles, cleaning, removing any growth of vegetation, washing thoroughly, pointing the joints with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement including filling the gap with polymer modified mortars or other approved water proofing chemicals etc., all completed as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

White/Colour washing One Coat of lime solution using shell lime of approved quality admixed with glue, ultra marine etc., on existing surfaces of walls and ceiling at all lifts including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, removing nails, brooming down the surfaces for removing cobwebs, smoke dirt etc., filling the holes, cracks, crevices with Snowfilla or other suitable filler materials, covering the furniture by suitable covering materials, cleaning/removal of white washing splashing and dropping from floors, doors & windows, electrical fixtures, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting all internal faces of walls / plastered surfaces with one coat of Acrylic Emulsion paint of make Asian (Tractor) / Berger (Bison) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade including preparation of surfaces, applying filler / putty wherever required, cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, removing nails, brooming down the surfaces for removing cobwebs, smoke dirt, etc., filling the holes, cracks, crevices with Snowfilla or other suitable filler materials, covering the furniture by suitable covering materials, cleaning / removal of splashing and dropping from floors, doors & windows, electrical fixtures, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- The sample shall be got approved by the EIC before making bulk order.)

Painting all internal faces of walls / plastered surfaces with Two coat of Interior Emulsion paint of make Asian (Tractor) / Berger (Bison) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade over a coat of interior wall primer of make Asian (Professional) / Berger (BP Primer) or other approved equivalent make including preparation of surfaces by scrapping the existing white wash / colour wash using scrapping machine with dust free vacuum collection system, cleaning the existing white wash/colour wash area, roughening the surface, washing the area thoroughly with lime and soda mix or other approved chemical using high pressure washer, preparing the surface dust free for applying the primer coat, applying approved make wall care putty to make surface smooth without porous by using putty knife and sand papers, the dust accumulated during scrapping shall be collected in appropriate dust bin collector / equipment and disposed with in an initial lead, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: The sample shall be got approved by the EIC before making bulk order.)

Providing Painting over all exposed surfaces at all heights over rough cast plaster/plain plaster with Two Coats of premium exterior emulsion paint of make Asian (APEX - Dust proof exterior emulsion) / Berger (Anti dustt weather coat) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade over a coat of exterior wall primer of make Asian / Berger or other approved equivalent make including preparation of surfaces, curing, scaffolding etc., all complete as per specifications.

Painting over Plain Plaster at all lifts.

Painting over Roughcast Plaster at all lifts.

Providing painting over all exposed surfaces at all heights over rough cast/plain plaster with One coat of premium exterior emulsion paint of make Asian (APEX - Dust proof) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade or match with existing shade over the coat of Highly flexible cementious two component coat water proofing treatment system over the coat of bond coat including making surface free from dirt/oil/other materials by scrapping the surface, removal of loose/ cracked mortar, filling the cracks using approved crack fillers, filling/injection/ grouting the cracks/joints where ever required with polymer modified cement mortar using admixtures, scaffolding, etc., all complete as detailed below as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. i) Surface preparation: Remove the existing coatings, paints, etc., Seal the surface cracks by cutting 'V' shaped grooves and filling with crack & using seal compound. Clean the surface thoroughly to remove the dirt's and contaminates and keep dry prior to the primer application, debonded or weak plaster must be replaced with polymer modified mortar. ii) Bond Coat (1st Coat) : Applying Base primer bond coat with of make FAB chemical (MIXBond AC) or Bostik (Boscocem 476) over the existing surface. Mixing ratio consumption and application procedure shall be as per manufacturer specifications. iii) Highly flexible cementious water proofing coat (2nd & 3rd Coat): Applying 2 component waterproofing coating of make FAB Chemical (Mixguard AC) or Bostik (Boscolastic). Duration between these two coats shall be minimum 4 hrs. Mixing ratio of chemicals, consumption and application procedure shall be as per manufacturer specifications.

For one coat of exterior emulsion over Plain Surface iv) One coat of external wall primer (3rd coat): Applying one coat of external wall primer of make Asian or other approved equivalent, consumption and application procedure shall be as per manufacturer specifications. v) One coat of premium exterior emulsion paint (4th coat): Applying one coat of premium exterior emulsion paint of make Asian (APEX - Dust proof) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade or match with existing shade. Mixing ratio of paint, consumption and application shall be as per manufacturer specifications. Note: Cost for plastering will be paid for separately under relevant item.

Providing Terracotta Painting over compound wall/Honey comb wall / Roof tiles / facia tiles at all heights with one coat of Acrylic Emulsion paint of make Asian (APEX - Dust proof exterior emulsion) / Berger (Anti dustt weather coat) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade and colour including cleaning, preparation of surfaces by scrubbing / cleaning the fungus / stains, cleaning with water, filling the cracks with approved crack filler, curing, scaffolding etc., all complete as per specifications. Note:- 1) The samples should be got approved by the EIC before placing.

(Ex-cel sheet) or other equivalent approved make of white colour for flush door shutter including providing recessions for hinges, fixing with following fittings over the door frame using required fasteners, finishing all edges with mixture of PVC powder & solvent for smooth finish, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. The door shutter shall be fixed with the following hardware fittings: - a) 4 Nos. of 75 mm long stainless steel butt hinges of GARG brand bearing ISI mark with suitable stainless steel screws. b) Two numbers of 125mm long anodised aluminium D handle of make Classic/Crown or approved equivalent as per IS - 208 bearing ISI mark with suitable CP screws. c) Two numbers of 75mm long anodised aluminium baby latch type/cranked type tower bolt with suitable CP screws. d) One number of 50mm long solid PVC door buffer with 75mm long CP screws. Providing and fixing high level/Low level polymer DUAL flushing cistern of 3/6 litres capacity of make "PARRYWARE/ HINDWARE model SLIMLINE" or approved equivalent conforming to IS: 7231 including fixing cistern at required height and level with necessary TW wall plugs, screws, connecting inlet and outlet, connecting the cistern and closet with suitable dia. PVC pipes and fittings conforming to IS:4985 etc., complete as per standard specifications.
