M/L for development of lawn area by planting Carpet grass maintain as approved by GE including 125mm thick base of good soil well sieved 90% to pass through IS sieve of 10mm size free from stones rubbish like lumps, stones, roots and other foreign materials suitable for gardening. The soil should be fresh from quarry. The colour of the soil generally red including cost of all royality and carriage, all tools, plants, taxes, octoi etc,watering and uniform cutting so as to give a uniform green surface with and including 25mm thick manure of well decayed, well dried, well powdered, without clodes and free from stones, dried grass and other rubbish material. The colour of manure shall be black. The manure screened through sieve at 1:5 designation 4.75 micron throughly mixed with top 50 mm layer of soil including watering and uniform cutting so as to give a uniform green surface complete all as specified.

Removing excavated soil exceeding 50m but not exceeding 250m and depositing where directed to a level n exc 1.50M above the starting point in rocks all as specified.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC type D-2, (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring finished even and fair without using extra cement.
