M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 on brick work or concrete surfaces, mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement and applying evenly a tack coat of blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over a coat of water based bitumen emulsion primer at the rate of 0.30 Kg/Sqm including cleaning the surfaces thoroughly from dust and dirt and lay water proofing treatment with felt having glass fiber non woven reinforcement and weighing 3.0 Kgs/Sqm to 4.0 Kgs/Sqm in 100mm overlaps both longitudinally and transversely by torch bounding over a coat of blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kgs/Sqm on top of felt as in sunken floor (bottom and vertical) complete all as specified and as directed.(Note : Supply of water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately .)

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in filling of sunken portion etc complete all as specified and directed. .

Supply and fix in repair CP health faucet with 01 Mtr tube and hook complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F in repairs fancy type angle/stop valves cast copper alloy, screwed down high pressure fancy type chromium plated 15 mm dia with long shank and cup (concealed type) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of plastered surfaces and applying two coats of water proof coating (Dr. Fixit Rain Coat exterior waterproof coating)over a coat of primer (Dr. Fixit Prime seal diluted with potable water by volume in 2:1 ratio, 2 parts primer and 01 part water) including filling of cracks upto 5 mm width, with Dr. Fixit Crack-X, or Dr. Fixit unifiller on external surfaces of wall to arrest the seepage/dampness and runnging water in the masonry surfaces complete all as specified and directed.Make : Dr Fixit or its equivalent.
