GE/H/T-25 /2026-27 REPAIR/ MAINTENANCE OF LT DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM, ACBS, APFC PANELS AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS AT AHRR UNDER GE E/M RR HOSP DELHI CANTT-10

Taking LT supply shutdown, disconnecting all electrical connection, taking down existing old / unservicable LT panel from its position incl all accessories and demolishing old plateform complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contractor shall be responsible for alternate arrangment of LT Supply with suitable capacity of LT cables if uninterrupted power supply is required as and when directed by Engr-in-charge. No extra cost will be paid to the contractor on this account.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning factory made (CPRI approved) LT panel, outdoor type, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, powder coated, weather, dust & vermin proof, front and back openable door, with suitable size angle iron frame and locking arrangement including suitable working space in bus bar chamber, cable box chamber with cable alley suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system, 415V, 50 Hz, AC supply, including minimum 1.5 times of main incomer rating aluminium bus bar with PVC sleeves/ tape RYB colours for phases identification, including all bus bar shall be extend upto cable box chamber fixed on fiber insulation for RYB & neutral to all out going cable and fixed on raised PCC platform with PCC 1:2:4, with control wiring with suitable copper wire, cable gland & lugs etc and comprising the following:- (Loc - Out gate & In gate) (i) MCCB 4 Pole 415 volts AC 50 Hz 200 Amps, 50 kA - 02 No (Incomer) (ii) Digital and programmable multifunction meter with all parameter with suitable capacity of 03 Nos CT's - 01 No (iii) LED indication lamp with toggle switch RYB for phase indication- 01 Set of three (iv) TPN 63 Amp, 6kA, IP-20 C Curve 415 volts AC 50 Hz - 01 Nos (Outgoing) (v) DP 40 Amp, 6kA, IP-20 C Curve 415 volts AC 50 Hz - 04 Nos (Outgoing) (iv) DP 32 Amp, 6kA, IP-20 C Curve 415 volts AC 50 Hz - 03 Nos (Outgoing) Note:- (i) LT Panel manufacturer will stand warranty of 02 years for complete design, switch gear and inspection upto site service support. (ii) All MCCBs shall be adjustable type with thermal magnetic release, Ics = 100% Icu & Icw for 1 sec.

(ii) All MCCBs shall be adjustable type with thermal magnetic release, Ics = 100% Icu & Icw for 1 sec. (iii) Provision of entry of main incomer cable from bottem and out going sub main/ cable to be provided at top of the Panel.

M & L in replacement for hot dipped galvanised perforated cable tray of size 300mm - 450mm (Width), 40 mm (Height), GI sheet thickness not less than 1.2mm including fixing accessories to fix the cable tray on wall, supporting structure, on roof, on floor and fixing of cable on calbe tray i.e. nut, bolots, patti of cable size and gitti complete all as directed.

All as per ser item no 4.00 but cable tray of size 150mm (Width), 40 mm (Height), GI sheet thickness not less than 1.2mm.

Cleaning of Duct of in which nos of LT/HT Cable run of angle iron or on floor of duct upto depth of 3.5 mtr including romoving of debris, dust, garbage etc from the site and refix the duct cover properly after cleaning complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down of cable duct cover and filling of cable duct of size 1.25m x 2.5m with soft loose soil / sand by well ramming and refix the covers of duct to be place properly after filling the duct complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of aluminium busbar chamber outdoor type with 630 Amps, TPN aluminium busbars step type design for safe power distribution with provision of incoming & outgoing cables, RYB indicator lamps with toggle switch, locking arrangement and fixed on raised PCC platform with PCC 1:2:4 or on wall with other fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 8.00 but busbar chamber with 320 Amp TPN aluminium busbars.

Supply and fixing in replacement of aluminium busbar chamber outdoor type with 250 Amps, TPN aluminium busbars step type design for safe power distribution with provision of incoming & outgoing cables, RYB indicator lamps with toggle switch, locking arrangement and fixed on wall / floor on PCC platform with PCC 1:2:4 or on wall with other fixing accessories required to complete the work all as specified and directed.
