M&L for cement concrete type D-2 1;4;8(using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor 75mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L hardcore of gauge n.exc 63 mm deposited, spread & leveled in layers n. exc 15 cm thick, watered & rammed to a true surface with broken stone or boulders complete as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n exc 15cm thickness (Below or above ground level) all as specified and as directed

Dismantling of Wrought iron (or) mild steel work ,of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes each n.exc 0.50 cum getting out hard dence soil including returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around ,in layers n.exc 25 cm ,watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and making good surface all as specified and as directed..

S/F Joist, channel, angle or tee sections, post fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc(cut to ordinary lengths i.e within 20mm of the length indicated quality conforming to Fe 410-W(gde-E-250)quality-A all as specified and as directed.

S&F for MS flat iron fillets in posts and struts in fencing ,drilling holes (for securing wire mesh etc),including necessary drilling ,bolting or riveting etc confirming to Fe 410-0or fe 310-0 all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size (or) type of 3mm to 4mm dia wire all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire all as specified and as directed.

Refixing of old chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire all as specified and as directed.

M &L for Welding in repairs n. exc 2.5cm in length N exc 6mm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S & F 5 to 10mm mild steel in flat, round (or) square bars, in available length FE 410 W (GDE- E- 250) quality A all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts of 11 to 15 mm diameter of shank (machine made ) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other ,each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut , exceeding 5 cm and not exceeding 10 cm long all as specified and as directed..

M&L for preparing new steel surfaces and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth including necessary preparation of surface all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old steel surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth including necessary preparation of surface all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing (or) tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples (or) steel pins etc.., all as specified and as directed.

M & L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and no pigment all as directed and as specified.

All as per item no.40 but except tiles all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling under floor including watering and consolidation all as specified and as directed.

Repair to existing steel rolling shutters by complete removal and refixing without ball bearing, spring as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple; erected in position as indicated/, complete: push pull or manual type and rewinding, ropes, stoppers, oiling, greasing, easying etc including necessary replacement of profile, if required grid channel complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge (Note: Spare parts required shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only of ball bearing for rolling shutter with necessary replacement of profile complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge
