Disposal of rubbish un-wanted material dismanted material, away from site at appropirate place including all lead and lift, loading unloading, transportation labour etc. As per direction of Engineer in charges.

Providing edge moulding to sand pink sand stone ( Bansi pahadpur) complete as per design approved by Engineer. (A) upto 20mm thick

(B) 40mm to 75mm thick

Repair of aluminum doors, windows and partitions by disassembling and refixing including cost of changing rubber/neoprene gasket and other material like angle section, minor metered sections, steel bar if required, labour cost etc complete as per direction of engineer incharge

Cleaing of floors by sweeping with broom and removing extra dirt and Washing floor with soda, soap or other cleaning material. Complete in all respect i/c labour, material T&p complete

Cleaning of roof (upto two storey) by removing unwanted material like debris, sheded leaves, algae etc. by cleaning with brush and stacking of unserviceable material upto 50 mtr lead on ground i/c cost of labour, material, T&P complete in all respect as per direction of E/I

E/W in filling of excavated earth except black cotton soil with watering & compaction of spreaded earth in 15-30cm layers levelled & neatly dressed as per requirement of site & direction of E/I, work includes cost of earth with taxes, loading, unloading, transportation, labour, water & T&P etc. complete with all lead & lift.
