Cleaning and upkeeping of floor area by mopping with water including cleaning door, window, table, chairs, wall and ceiling . As per instruction of engineer in charge.

Cleaning and upkeeping of floor area by brooming including cleaning and scarifying of deposits, collection of debris & disposal of the same away from the working area as per instrcution of the engineer - in - charge. (Floor area to be without water)

cleaning of toilets including wc pan, urinals, wash basin, floor * etc with toilet etc in /c cost of all materials and laborer as per instuction of Engineer -in - charge

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distember (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Old work (one or more coats)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : Old work (one or more coats @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete.

Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)
