No claims whatsoever in respect of this item shall be entertained. (b) In no case, the contractor shall pay the wage which are less than the minimum wage including other benifits as prescribed by the Govt from time to time.

STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) Designing (hydraulically, structurally & aesthetically), providing, constructing, hydraulic testing, commissioning and giving satisfactory trials of STP 500 KLD Package type of any technology meeting output criteria as per DBR report Srl No. 2.2 as recommended by OEM technology , foundation for all E/M equipments, associated piping work with required valves, electrical control panel with interconnecting cable etc. complete as turnkey job with all involved electrical, digital and mechanical works as per detailed specifications for civil, electrical and mechanical components with all duties and taxes complete all as per DBR. Online monitoring system of the out put parameter shall also be provided, complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Excavation in trenches by cutting of road crossing PCC hard standing for taking out/laying of pipe including making good the existing surfaces with same finish to match the original finish, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for MS pipe header 300mm dia size 6.3mm thick 6 mtr length with flanged ends closed with end plates not less than 20 mm thick fixed with and including provision of 1 incoming and 4 outgoing connection ( 200 mm dia -01, 150mm dia -03 ) with flanged end including painting with two coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing PPR Gate valves (brass insert), of following sizes, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing Bib taps of PTMT 15 mm bore, any tint, high pressure screwed for male/female threaded, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing Bib taps of PTMT 20 mm bore, any tint, high pressure screwed for male/female threaded, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Construction of valves pit chamber having intermal dimension 120 cm x 120 cm x 120 cm (internal height) using PCC (1:4:8) 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation 15 cms, thick, 23 cm thick wall in CM (1:4), 10mm thick rendering all around the brick work in cm 1:6, PCC (1:2:4) type B1 coping with 20mm graded aggregate for grouting MS frame including 3mm tick MS top sheet cover with locking arrangement including 50mm pad lock with double key angle iron including painting of steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primers including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surpuls soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs all as specified and shown on drawings and including demolition/ dismentling of existing valve chamber, complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of water cooled silent diesel engine driven generating set 415 Volt , 3 phase 4 wire, engine QSB4.5/ QSB4.52 or equivalent series (CPCB IV + Compliance), 4 Cylinder, in Line 4 stroke, radiator cooled and alternator-brushless type screen protected revolving fields self excited alternator confirming to IS/IEC 60034-1 complete with foundation (as per OEM design), control panel with AMF Functionality controllers of Makes from the OEM, necessary meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms of capacity after all derating factors net of not less than 82.5KVA /66 KW, complete all as specified & directed.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of Out door type of factory fabricated LT panel made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 5 mm floor mounted type with copper bus bar of capacity 300 Amp - 4 Nos including two coats of spary synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, including multi function meter showing voltmeter, ammeter, PF with necessary CTs & PTs, , phase indication lamps for three phase system, control panel & power panel wiring, cable alleys at both side, confirming to IS:8623, IEC:60439 & CPRI Approved, protection class IP54 with the accessories housing. M&L for PCC cable route indicator of size 45cm x 25cm x 7.5cm duly grouted 15 cm below ground level in PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, top edges chempered and writing HT 11KV CABLE duly grouted on both sides, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for boaring under holes by manually or machinery not less than 1.5 mtr deep without damage the existing structure, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing junction box of size 300x300x250 mm made of MS Sheet 1.6mm thick, front door openable with fixing screw painting with two coats of synthetic enamel power coated paint over a coat or red oxide including alumnium bus bar 4 Nos of size 25x3mm mounted on epoxy based post insulators and drilled holes for connection including 01 Nos MCB SPN 6 Amps, 2 Nos MCBs 06 amps including magnetic lock system all as required and fixed to poles using MS strip of size 32x6mm and nuts & bolts of required size, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing LED 70 Watt street/security light, IP 65 , connection with 1 Sqmm twin core PVC insulted copper conductor passing through GI pipe light grade of size 15 mm dia from junction box to LED security light including GI bracket 1.2 Meter long 32 mm dia medium grade bend to safe, clamp, nut bolt & washer etc, complete as specified & directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY (RWH)

M&L for brick aggregate of size 40 mm to 63 mm. The first layer in rain harvesting pit is to be provided with brick aggregate and to be provided in the layer upto 400 mm, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for gravells 05-10 mm to be provided for second layer of rain water harvesting pit and is to be provided upto the layer of 400 mm, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Trial borewell of 200 mm dia upto 200 mtr deep below the ground level in any kind of soil/strata including hard stone/boulders, electronic logging, MS cap, MS flt iron clamp, reducing socket etc, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Development of trial bore by reaming upto 300 mm for 100 mtr from ground level in any type of soil/strata incl hard stone and boulders etc for accomodating UPVC casing pipe of any size as directed and filling the gap with pea gravells all as directed by Engg in charge including disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 200 mm internal dia UPVC casing pipe conforming to IS-4985-2000 in 6m length of pressure rating 10Kgs/sq Cm with all necessary fittings including joiting and jointing materials, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 200 mm internal dia UPVC slotted pipe conforming to IS-4985-2000 (SCH-40) having 3mm slots in 2.44 to 3.85 mtr length with male and female end with all necessary fittings including jointing materials, complete all as specified and directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL (B/R PORTION)

M&L for providing, lowering, laying, aligning 300mm (OD) in postion and jointing at all level/ depth full round HDPE, DWC (double wall corrugated) pipes of SN-8 grade as per IS: 16098 (Part-2) amended upto date in trenches in complete including all material, labour section, hydraulic testing (including cost and conveyance of water to site for testing) and commissioning as per technical specification, drawing and as per circular, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing, lowering, laying, aligning 450mm (OD) in postion and jointing at all level/ depth full round HDPE, DWC (double wall corrugated) pipes of SN-8 grade as per IS: 16098 (Part-2) amended upto date in trenches in complete including all material, labour section, hydraulic testing (including cost and conveyance of water to site for testing) and commissioning as per technical specification, drawing and as per circular, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made RCC cover with cover frame comprising of 75 mm thick cover, area of each cover slab exc 1.00 sqm but & not exc 2.00 sqm including provision of hot dip galvanized lifting hook for lifting overall cover with suitable size angle iron frame, RCC cover of M-30 or higher grade concrete by vibro compression process, medium duty, confirming to IS-12592 including fixing on manhole, complete all as specified and as directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL (E/M PORTION)

S&F PVC insulated sheathed flexible black copper cable of 4 Sqmm 4 Core, 1100 volts grade fixed to wall/ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commssioning of Non clog submersible pump, electric driven of discharge capcity 200 lpm @ 15 Mtr head, 415 V, 3 phase, 50 Hz with raising outlet 100mm, in existing sewage sump including fittings and specials, jointing and jointing material, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commssioning of control panel indoor type, floor/wall mounted, dust and vermin proof, fabricated from 1.6mm to 2mm CRCA sheet finished with Powder Coating, CPRI approved suitable for controlling sewage pumps (for Srl item No. 40 above) 2 Nos (T/P) with standby operation (1W + 1S) including connection with NO/NC Float switches, cable connection panel to pumps, RYB phase indicators, starters, pump 'ON' indicators, O/L Trip, moisture sensor, start/stop push buttons, relays, incoming & outgoing MCBs, internal connecting cables, push buttons, timer, Ammeter, voltmeter, moisture sensor, supply failure indicators, glands etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Notes for Srl item No.1 to 08 :- (i) All consumable such as Sodium Hypochlorite and any other chemical required, compressure oil, grease etc required for operation of plant shall be provided by contractor at his own cost as per the manufacturers instructions and direction of GE during the period of Comprehensive Maintenance. Cost of the same shall be deemed included in the unit rates quoted by contractor against Srl item No.01 (STP) of Sch 'A' Section-XI (BOQ-II) for 1st and 2nd year i.e. during Defect Liability Period and for IIIrd year onwards upto 10th year in this schedule. The contractor, if found failed to provide any one of the chemical mentioned above required, shall be penalised @ Rs.500/- per day maximum upto 5% of the quoted rate for M&O for a particular year. (ii) If any loss or damage takes place to the equipment, machinery, tools, stores, fitting and fixtures etc or any other equipment installed in the pump house premises during the contract period, the same shall be made good/borne by the contractor. (iii) Any type of material/ chemical/ equipment or any other product required for smooth functioning of STP shall completely be borne by the contractor and no extra of any kind shall be paid in this regard.
