Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to the embankment location with all lifts and lead upto 1000m.
Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision - For grading I material.
Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site , laying in uniform layer by manual means in sub-base I base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density - Using vibratory roller
Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg. per sqm. on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)
Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)
Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant of capacity not less than 40 -60 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 507.7 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision, to achieve the desired compaction. - using grade II metal and bitumen 60/70 grade.
Providing and laying bituminous concrete with HMP of capacity not less than 40 to 60 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 509 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision, complete in all respects - Using grade-II material.-Bitumen 60/70
Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.
Providing and fixing of retro - reflectorised cautionary, mandatory & informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of aluminium sheet encapsulated lens with high intensity grade sheeting vide Clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm X 75 mm X 6 mm (3.8 mtrs height - 6.8kg/mtr = 25.84kg , with board support angle 35x35x6mm - 3.5 mtrs 3kg/mtr = 10.5kg and anchor flats 0.5kg) firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 Grade cement concrete 45 cm X 45 cm X 60 cm , 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing. - 90 cm equilateral triangle . Providing and erecting overhead signs with a corrosion resistant 2mm thick aluminium alloy sheet with high intensity grade retro-reflective sheeting of encapsulated lens type with vertical and lateral clearance given in Clauses 802.2 and 802.3 and installed as per Clause 802.7 over a designed support system of aluminium alloy or galvanised steel trestles and trusses of sections and type as per structural design requirements and approved plans-Aluminium alloy plate for over head sign.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular ) bricks of class designation 3.5 in foundation and plinth in - cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)
12mm cement plaster of mix -1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)
Tile work in skiriting raising of steps and dado (upto 2m height ) over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand ) and jointed with grey cement slurry at 3.3kg / 1sqm, including grooves joints 10mm wide and 10mm deep on all sides of tiles etc., complete flamed granite tiles 10mm thick.
Finishing the top two nos. of unpolished edge rounded granite tiles of 150mm width and 18mm thick fixed over a existing cement mortar bed of 1:3 (1 cement 3 sand) of 12mm thick with required projection on the outside. The balance portion is to be filled with PCC 1:2:4 to the required thickness to a smooth and uniform finish. The rate include the cost of granite tiles, round the edges and fixing etc., complete as per the drawing and also to maintain the uniformity.
