Taking down of cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick work or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete & removing debris out side MOD land.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surface, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on RCC ceiling surface and finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, in two layers (1st layer 10 mm thick rendering coat and 2nd layer 5 mm thick finishing coat) on brick work or concrete surfaces, second layer (finishing coat) mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml / 50 Kg bag of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including WPC complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. Work will be carried out upto 12 mtr height hence all rates are included for scafolding/ shuttering and safety precautions etc.

M&L and repair of patch work not exceeding 1 sqm each place as per site requirement & Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, in two layers (1st layer 10 mm thick rendering coat and 2nd layer 5 mm thick finishing coat) on brick work or concrete surfaces, second layer (finishing coat) mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml / 50 Kg bag of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including WPC complete all as specified and directed.
