Providing and fixing storage cupboard/cabinet of 600mm depth (front & back) (having ward robe with mirror at centre) made of rubco wood 18mm thick superior quality chemical treated edge glued fingers, jointed processed as 150 specification & finished with two coats of sanding sealer, 2 coats of NC filler & PU/melamine polish of desired shade & cabinet providing shutter 24mm thick with all fittings like brass butt hinges, brass tower bolts, brass magnet catch with locking arrangement as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting with acrylic interior emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: (Make- Nerolac beauty interior emulsion or equivalent)

One or more coats on old work

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: (Make- Nerolac suraksha plus exterior emulsion or equivalent)

Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm).

Melamine Polishing (PU) Glossy on wood work, make surface with grinding machine till the wood with natural colour and smoothening the surface with sand paper of size 50-60 and 100, and applying one coat filler using filler not less than 1.30kg per 7.43sqm and rubbing with water paper of size 180 and 320, after drying filler for 6 to 8 hours, applying two coat sealer using sealer not less than 1.50 kg in two coats per 8.83 sqm and rubbing with water paper of size 320, applying two coats Melamine (PU) Glossy Polish not less 2 ltr per 8.83 sqm etc. complete (old work) as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
