Note :- (a) Rate inclusive of complaints upto 13th floor of the building and removing rubbish upto a distance of 250 m outside the periphery of the area. (b) One Plumber and one helper/mazdoor shall be detailed daily for area of AGE B/R (West) Colaba for the purpose of rendering all plumbing complaints through out the contract period. In case of failure to deploy man power for any reason whatsoever may be, necessary penalty will be levied as specified in respective PS Clause. (c) In case of urgent complaint shall be rectified within three hours from the time of intimation. (d) The rates quoted shall be deemed for attending day to day complaint and make functional the entire complaints on a daily basis at area of AGE B/R (West) Colaba.
