Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring any type (light, fan socket or power) complete (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses pendants, regulators, sockets etc to be measured separately) removing materials at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls floors etc.

M&L for one light point or fan point controlled by one switch with cables 1.5 Sqmm copper cable FRLS multistranded unsheathed drawn through & including casing and capping and 1.5 sqmm conductor cable for earth wire including making connection with common earth and earth dolly including pressed steel terminal al boxes concealed in wall with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover fixed with brass screw for mounting switches sockets regulator etc all as per directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for one light point controlled by one switch with cables 1.5 Sqmm copper cable FRLS multistranded unsheathed drawn through and including stove enamelled steel conduit on wall and 1.5 sqmm copper conductor cable for earth wire including flameproof ceiling rose and making connection with common earth and earth dolly and making good disturbed surface of walls and floors to match with existing surfaces all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring for 5 amp independent point with 1.5 sqmm copper wire & 1.5 sq mm copper wire as earth lead drawn through & including casing and capping of suitable size all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring for 15 amp independent point with 4 Sqmm copper wire & 4 Sqmm copper wire as earth lead drawn through & including casing and capping of suitable size all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring for 15 amp independant point with 4 Sqmm copper wire & 4 Sqmm copper wire as earth lead drawn through & including stove enamelled steel conduit on wall of suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing submain wiring with 3 Runs (Phase, Neutral and Earth) of 4 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core, multi stranded, 1100 volts, FRLS copper conductor cable drawn in and including stove enamelled steel conduit on wall of suitable size with all accessories as required and connecting to existing main switch board/Distribution Board/Earth continuity and testing on completion all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing FIAMMA II flameproof 2x20W LED Tubelight fixture with IP 65 protection etc. complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size.. Cat Part No EXTN1LT8-16/20 of CG or equivalent make : Sudhir.

Supply and fixing LED tube rod 20 Watts for flameproof tubelight fixture complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED light fitting 100 Watt flameproof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum housing with heat resistant toughened glass, with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc. Complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing high beam revolving search light LED of capacity 200 Watts, IP66, high lumen LED >160lm/watt including Tripod stand of 1 meter height with focus range of 400 mtrs with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and servicing of ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep at site and removing of old grease from bearing of ceiling fan and re-filling new grease including replacement of worn out nut bolt/ washer, rubber real bush, canopy and reassembling the fan complete and hanging on its original/ new position as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: MS nut bolts with spilt pin, Ball bearing and Gun metal bush shall be measured and paid seperately.

Taking down and servicing / cleaning of exhaust fan 200 to 300mm sweep at site and removing of old grease from bearing of exhaust fan and re-filling new grease including replacement of worn out nut bolt, rubber real bush, gun metal ball bearing, capacitor, split pin etc and re-assembling the fan complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: MS nut bolts with spilt pin, Ball bearing and Gun metal bush shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only MS Nut bolts with split pin as per sample and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Ball bearing suitable size of ceiling fan and exhaust-fan of any type and size .Make : SKF/ Tata

Supply only gun metal bush suitable for ceiling fan and exhaust fan any type and size including removing old one.

Taking down and opening the body cover of ceiling fan any type and make and cutting the existing worn out winding with out damaging the stator removing the coil insulation and putting new insulation of polyster paper, winding with super enameled copper wire of suitable gauge with correct number of turns of auxillary and main winding and varnishing and backing complete including soldering new lead of copper wire testing complete including transportation to work shop and back all as directed Note : - (a) Contractor have to make the arrangement for testing of Rewinded fan upto 24hrs at NOFRA Sub stn and in case of failure to above said testing a penalty of Rs 200/- per fan is deducted from contractors due and rewinding of same once again is bonded. (b) Fan should be return to MES yard after rewinding within 10 days from the date of issue otherwise a penalty of Rs 10/- per day per fan shall be deducted from contractor's dues.
