Waterproofing
Preparation of surface, cleaning, providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-Charge complete in all respect two component Epoxy resin bonding adhesive having coverage 2.20 sqm/kg of approved make.
Provide and apply one part gun grade Polyurethane hybrid sealant in the panel joints after preparing the surface, applied using sealant gun. The cured sealant shall have a properties of MAF 50%,UV Resistance and service temperature range -40°C to 70° C,tack free time,minutes (At 30ºC (Guidelines of ASTM C679),Volatile organic content ,% -1.2(Guidelines of ASTM C792),Change in volume,%-3.1 (Guidelines of ENISO 10563),Average peel adhesion,N-220 (Guidelines of ASTM C794),Tensile properties-Elongation at break ,% - 2.49 & secant modulus ,MPA - 2.1( Guidelines of EN ISO 8340),Elastic cover,% - 80 (Guidelines of EN ISO 7389) & Secant modulus at 100% extension, Mpa - 1.0 (Guidelines of EN ISO 8339) application instruction shall be as per manufacturer's instruction. : Groove filling sealant.
Supplying and providing TPO / FPO based waterproofing membrane with specifically formulated waterproofing tape of minimum width 100mm, thickness 1mm membrane fixed at both ends of the panel joint on roof using epoxy adhesive / fastener for a width of 75mm on either side of the joint and allowing necessary movements. The waterproofing system shall be overlapped and covered with protection medium before back filling. The waterproofing tape shall have a density of 1.7, Tensile Strength- 7.0 N/sqmm, Elongation at break- 400%. : Waterproofing Tapes over Panel joints.
Spraying applied Waterproofing membrane ; the rate shall be inclusive of following all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge : (a) Preparation of the concrete surface by mechanical means (mechanical grinding) to ensure a good bond between the coating and the substrate. Supplying and applying 100% Solids content, 2 component, solvent free, spray applied elastomeric seamless hybrid polyurea Membrane at a thickness of 1.5mm in two layers at a coverage rate of 1.5 litres / sqm over a epoxy primer coat. Spray applied waterproofing shall utilize high-pressure, heated plural component spray proportioning equipment and applied in a cross directional method to the total roof slab and parapet wall height. The product shall have Solids by Volume : 100% ,Volatile organic compounds : 0 g/litre. Viscosity : A ISO =400 - 800 mPas and B AMINE = 400 - 800 mpas , Tensile strength ASTM D412 : >13 MPa, Tear Resistance ASTM D624C : 50 N/mm² , Elongation ASTM D412 : >450%, Shore D ASTM D2240 : 80, Abrasion (1kg,H22 wheels) ASTM D4060: 117 mg /1000 cycles , Abrasion (1kg,CS17 wheels) DIN EN ISO 5470 : 19 mg /1000 cycles, Service temperature ASTM D4060: -20°C to +135°C. (b) 'Providing and laying coving at the junction of slab and vertical offsets with Cement Mortar 1:4 and admixed with SBR at dosage of 2 Ltrs per 50kg cement as per manufacturer's specification. Filling the annular space between concrete surface and rain water PVC pipe using non shrink grout after preparing the surface using sand paper and application of SBR as a priming coat on the concrete walls. Mixing and pouring non shrink grout with clean and cool water at specified ratio on the prepared surface to make the bore packing water tight. The rate shall include necessay materials, tools and application procedure as per manufacturer's specification. c) The cracks / construction joints / honey combs / leaking spots in the slab shall be provided with pressure grouting using cementitious system. The junctions shall be chamfered using TPE tapes all as per manufacturer's recommendation. (d) Providing and applying two coats of aliphatic polyurethane @ 100 microns dry film thickness in two coats or as recommended by the manufacturer over the Polyurea waterproofing using rubber squeegee and back rolled with lambswool roller.
Providing, erecting, maintaining and removing temporary water leakproof protecting cover of size 8.0 m x 10.0 m of HDPE tarpauline of minimum 200 GSM, with all necessary fixing arrangement such as bamboo/M.S Tube on all four sides to ensure that it remains in position for the work duration as required by Engineer in charge : for covering each Transformers during concreting or erection of precast members.
Painting
Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.

Fencing & Barricading
Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and one end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 Kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, structs, earth work and concrete work to be paid for seperately). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used. : With G.I. barbed wire
Supplying at site angle iron post & struts of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling holes upto 10 mm dia etc. complete.
Providing and erecting 2.00 metre high temporary barricading at site; each panel of size 2.50 m x 2.00 m made of 40x40x6 mm angle iron or 50x50x3 mm hollow MS tube posts/horizontal members/bracings covered with 1.63 mm thick MS sheet. The sheet shall be fixed with 30x5 mm MS flat by suitable welding/riveting. The panels shall be made so that gap of 50 cm above ground is available making overall height as 2.5 m MS channel ISLC 75 @ 5.70 Kg/m, 50 cm long shall be provided at the bottom having oval shaped holes of size 50x25 mm at both ends with 50 cm long MS angle 40x40x6 mm bracing. Suitable arrangement shall be made to fix the barricading to avoid overturning by providing 250 mm long expansion fasteners at both ends. The work shall be executed as per the drawing/direction of Engineer-in-charge which includes writing and painting, arrangement for traffic diversion such as traffic signals during construction at site for day and night, glow lamps, reflective signs, markings, flags, caution tape as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously including shifting of barricading from one position to other location as many times as required during the execution of of the entire work till its completion. Rate includes its maintenance for damages, painting, all incidents, labour materials, equipments and work required to execute the job. The barricading shall not be removed without prior approval of Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- One time payment shall be made for providing barricading from start of work till completion of work including shuifting. The barricading provided shall remain to be the property of contractor on completion of work)
Miscellaneous works
Post Drilling with Chemical adhesive for Anchor Rebar: Drilling hole, providing, supplying & installtion of chemical for rebar anchor at drilled hole location in column extension as per approved shop drawing or GFC drawing. Injection of Pure Epoxy Chemical anchor grout adhesive using Lokfix E77 or Hilti RE500 V4 or FIS EM Plus or approved equivalent with ETA Approval. The epoxy chemical should have working life period of 50 or 100 years as per ETA certification from DIBt. Anchoring to be designed as per guidelines, cleaning with brush and jet of clean air, filling resin and hardener using serrated nozzle to eliminate mixing error with standard. The installation and the setting instructions should be strictly followed as per the manufacturer’s recommendations. The rates to include all the preparations which needs to be done like marking, temprorary walk way, scaffolding,working testing of sample Rebar for full utilization capacity and subsequent routing test for working load capacity shall be inculded in rate all safety manners followed at site, cleaning the area after the work is done, all complete, as per instructions of EIC. The adequate diameter and embedment of rebars to be decided as per Software & the report to be submitted to the project manager/ design engineer for approval. Scanning before drilling to be done to avoid hitting existing rebars. The same shall be installed in hammer drill, diamond coring holes. 16mm rebar, 20mm hole dia and 180mm embedment depth
Providing and laying autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) blocks masonary 100mm/125mm thick with Grade -1 AAC Blocks of density 551 to 650 Kg/cum conforming to IS : 2185 (Part 3) in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand). The rate includes providing and placing in position 2 Nos 6 mm dia M.S. bars at every third course of masonary work. for parapet wall
