QL 1 Q series magnetically latched DC neutral Line Relay, Plug in type working over 24V DC and having 11F/4B metal to carbon contacts, complete with plug board, retaining clips and connectors confirming to BRS:935A, IRS: S-34/68 Amd.6 or latest and IRS: S-23/88 Amd.1 or latest as applicable. The interlocking code for this unit shall be "ABDEG".

Unloading of Materials: - Have to be arranged by the supplier at their own risk and cost at Consignee end .

Refer Ministry of Commerceand Industry, Government of India order number P- 45021/2/2017-PP(BE-II) Dated 04 June 2020,only CLASS-I Local SUPPLIER as defined in this order shall be eligible to quote. The Vendore who do not qualify to be CLASS I Local Supplier should not quote in the tender as their offers shall not be considered for any ordering. In case any vendor who does not qualify to be a Class I local supplier for the tendered item participates in the tender it does so at its own risk and cost and Railways shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the vendor.

If firm is quoting as an authorised dealer of RDSO approved OEM then the Tender specific authorisation must be signed by authorized official of the RDSO approved OEM on companies letter pad with signing authority complete name, designation within company, live email address, mobile number and official stamp. Tender specific authorisation without above particulars will be considered as invalid and offer will be summarily rejected. Authorised agents must attach tender specific authorisation along with their offer otherwise offers will be summarily rejected.

Validity of offer shall be 120 days from the date of tender opening

Warranty / Guarantee as per IRS conditions of contract.

We agrees to supply the tendered stores at the rates quoted by me/us in accordance with the IRS Conditions of Contract and (or) special Conditions and (or) other conditions Specified/attached with the tender.

The bidder confirm that Rates and other financial terms quoted in relevant columns of financial bid will only be ruling terms for acceptance, and such terms quoted anywhere else should be ignored. ( Denial of this conditions not recommended)
