Dismantling the hydraulic lift cylinders 2 Nos with its accessories, tank, relief valve, control valve, return spring case, make up valve filter assembly and hydraulic (or) gear pump, servicing of hydraulic pump, cylinder valves and strainer renewal of the damaged seal, ‘U’ packing gland, piston rings etc. Assembly the hydraulic cylinder and refix with the accessories in position and normalizing. Including hire charges for tools and plants and cost of consumables.

Removal of brake band assembly, steering clutch assembly from the dozer and replacing the steering clutch assembly, Ring seals, ‘O’ rings, Gaskets and assembling the same as directed by the engineer in charges at site including hire charges for tools and plants and cost of consumables.

Removal of steering control valve system assembly by dismantling of all accessories like diesel tank, cross bar, battery box and all required oil lines, links etc in the dozer and assembling the same after completion of repair works as directed by the engineer in charge at site including hire charges for tools and plants and cost of consumables.

Removal of the radiator assembly with fan, rectification of radiator which involves dismantling, arresting the radiator leak, servicing, checking and re assembling re-fixing of the radiator assembly including hire charges for tools and plants and cost of consumables.

Dismantling, cleaning, overhauling, replacing of worn out parts, reassembling and testing of starter motor including hire charges for tools and plants and cost of consumables.

Dismantling the defective alternator, model for KCL Engine of Bull Dozer output lugs, pads, drive and bracket, clamp, shaft, nut, rotor, bracket, capacitor, baffle plate, field connection plate brush, box terminals rewinding, renewal of bearings, brush, gear assembly, re assembling, checking the air gap & bench testing etc., Including hire charges for tools and plants and cost of consumables.

Removing / fixing the lube oil cooler 1No from the engine, checking of the cooler for any leakage by pressure testing and clearing etc., Including hire charges for tools and plants and cost of consumables.

Replacement of Hydraulic lifting cylinder Operating lever seal in Hydraulic tank assembly by draining the oil and opening the Hydraulic tank, cleaning and assembling the same after changing the oil seal, as directed by the engineer in charge at site. Including hire charges for tools and plants and cost of consumables.

Removal of gear box assembly from the dozer and removing oil lines valve assembly etc from the gear box cleaning, inspection and replacing the shaft drive oil seal, joint oil seal if adjusting got damaged and assembling the same after completion of repair works as directed by the engineer in charge at site. Including hire charges for tools and plants and cost of consumables.

Dismantling the gear box assembly, cleaning, inspection and replacement of worn out gears, bearings, ‘O’ rings and gaskets in intermediate shaft, main shaft and counter shaft etc. as directed by the engineer in charge at site. Including hire charges for tools and plants and cost of consumables
