Note :- (i) Old shutters, frame guard bars etc shall be contractor property and necessary amount as per schedule of credit shall be deducted from the contractor payment. (ii) Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of making good jambs portion.

Taking down wooden windows/ventilator/chowkhats or frames with shutter not exceeding 1.5 sqm each (without taking off shutters from frame) including maxing good for fixing new frame. Note :- (i) Old shutters, frame guard bars etc shall be contractor property and necessary amount as per schedule of credit shall be deducted from the contractor payment. (ii) Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of making good jambs portion for fixing new frame.

Material and labour mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia, and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking, ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour mild steel framed work such as grills, grating etc with ends of bars shoulded, framed guard bars and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 fixed to frame with screws complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour mild steel Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conforming to Fe-410 Gde E-250 quality B complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour cleaning the roof surface (Padding) for dust / dirt and provide roof treatment with reinforced elastomeric liquid waterproofing membrane of 400-micron thickness (Each layer of 100 micron, another layer shall be laid only after complete dried of Ist layer) having SRI of 130, tested as per ASTM E 1980 (with Solar Reflectance and Thermal remittance tested as per ASTM C 1549 and ASTM C 1371 respectively). The coating should have water absorption less than 1% as per IS : 101 (P-7/Sec-1) 1989 with the ability to resist heat upto 1200 C as per IS : 101 (P-7/Sec-3) 1990 having VOC less than 1g/ltr as per ASTM D 3960 and should have excellent resistance to transmission of ponder water up to 3.5 bars of pressure for 7-days. It should also be resistant to Ammonia solution, Sodium nitrate, Sodium hydroxide along with water and soap solution as per IS : 101 (P-7/Sec-2) 1990. The waterproofing membrane will be laminated with 25-40 micron thick transparent Nano modified composite cross linking polymeric coating with a minimum of 40% solid content as per IS : 101 (P-8/Sec 6) 1993 and also should pass impact test as per IS : 101 (P/5/Sec-3) 1988 along with having dust and water repellent and anti grafting property passing scratch hardness test of 500 g as per IS : 101 (P//Sec-2) 1988. The polymeric coating should have a self cleaning and easy to clean property with excellent weather stability and DPR (Dirt pickup ratio). Surface preparation includes pressure wash cleaning to remove all dust, fungus, etc. with pressure washer after repairing the existing roof having old bitumen membrane by filling cracks, potholes, holes with waterproofing compound having compressive strength as per IS-4031 part-6-1988 & permeability of water as per IS 2645-2003. The work will be done under the supervision of the Engineer-in-Charge by Graco airless machine and OEM should be an IGBC (Indian Green Building Council) member & GRIHA Council Certified. The coating thickness and the methodology of application shall strictly be as per the manufacture’s specifications and as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. The manufacturer shall give a guarantee for the performance and durability for 10-years. Make : Dr. Fixit, Pildlite, Sika, M/S Starsshield Technoloty Pvt. Ltd.).

Material and labour for cutting chases, pinning in making good to facings in concrete not exceeding 75 mm wide and 65 mm depth for tubing in water proofing felt where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 and finished in brick wall or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as a levelling course over a coat of cement slurry as specified in MES SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of cement slurry as specified in Para 13.32.7 of MES SSR Part I.

Material and labour 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of cement slurry as specified in Para 13.32.7 of MES SSR Part I.

Material and labour 450mmX350mm X 7-8 mm thick glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado, etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colured cement to match over & including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement and sand mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of backing coat.

Supply and fix non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqmm and not exceeding 0.18 sqmm in floor, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over joint free and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement and sand mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of screed bed.

Supply and fix cment concrete chequered tiles of size 20 cm x 20 cm x 25 mm thick including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement and sand mortar (1:6) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with colour cement to match complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of screed bed.

Material and labour 15mm thick rendering in cement and sand mortar (1:4) on brick masonary surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement mixed with WPC at the rate of three percent by weight of cement omplete all as specified and directed.. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperatly as supply only rate.

Receipt shall be obtained before claiming the payment of new fittings. (ii) Decision of GE shall be final and binding in respect of serviceability of fittings/fixture. (iii) Old unserviceable wiring fittings, fixture, etc other than light fittings shall be contractor's property and necessary amount as per schedule of credit from contractor due payment. Supply and fix ceiling fans 1400 mm sweep white in colour of Aluminium blades(three numbers) and body,double ball bearing, down rod, .fan motor of copper, pair of canopy, shackle, assembly kit etc suitable for SP 230 to 250 volts, 50 Hz, AC supply complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- (i) Havells CAT No ES-40 5 star (energy saving fan) or equivalent model of make specified in appendix 'B' to particular specifications. (ii) Quoted rate shall be deemed to include cost of dismantling the defective ceiling fans from site and shiting the same to MES store yard of AGE E/M Bamrauli

Material and labour sub main wiring with 2 run of single core PVC insulated and PVC Unsheathed, multistranded copper condutor of nominal area 6 Sqmm FRLS, 1100 Volts grade cable drawn into and including rigid non metalic PVC Conduit of size not less than 25mm dia including all fittings and one run of PVC insulated and PVC unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor of nominal area 6 sqmm FRLS 1100 volts grade cable continuous earth wire of green colour code complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) Two runs of 6.0 sqmm cable and one run of 6 Sqmm cable as earth lead with conduit shall be measured as one unit length for payment. (b) Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of cutting chasses in wall for concealling conduit and making good to match with existing finish.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 x 60 cm x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron wire 4 mm dia as earth lead wire by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3, MES SSR Part I- with 15 mm dia medium grade GI pipe as a protection to earthing lead and 20 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering purpose including excavation & earth work in any type of soil, funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit with cover, cast iron frame complete and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. Notes (i) The concrete pit shall be PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC with suitable Mild steel handle in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I.
