M&L of cleaning of Oil and Grease chamber,Equalization tank,MBBRs, Screening Bar and Centrifuse filter press Chlorine contact tank including cleaning of pumps, LT Panels, DG Set, tertiary filters, micro filter, dosing drums, motors and cleaning will be carried out twice a month for Sewage Treatment Plant of capacity 200 KLD at Brookshabad (electrically operated containing the machinery) all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) All chemicals required for smooth functioning of STP shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items. (ii) Cleaning of Oil and Grease chamber, Screening Bar and Centrifuse filter press and removal of sludge cake shall be carried out.

The followings given items from Sr. no.2 to 50 shall be considered under item no 1 location all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for treatment of STP water with enzyme-2 (DAP consisting 18:46:0,18% Nitrogen and water soluble phosphate 46% chemical shall consisting of fifty kilogram packaging complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for Collecting the waste water/effluent sample monthly from 200 KLD STP(Minniebay Area and Brookshbad) before and after treatment, sample handling, transporting to NABL accredited lab approved by authorities, carry out the analysis of the followingas per IS 10500and submit records. (c ) Removing moulds, moss,foreign materials etc from the internal surfaces of tank and from the mouth of pipe by scrapping with steel brushes/steel wool or steel scrapping, disposing off waste materials to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and cleaning the internal surface with clean water. (d) Spreading thin layers of bleaching powder over the entire internal surface area of tank internally and washing with clean water.(e) Applying one coat of lime wash to the internal surfaces. (f) Applying two acrylic exterior emlonson paint to the external surfaces of sump.

M&L for dismantling of non - clogging sewage submersible pumping set of 1HP/2 HP or as site and transportation to workshop/site for repair dismantlng of pumping set complete segregating the serviceable parts for re-use and removing the defective parts, repair the pump throughly including machine work re-assembling the pump set and shifting to location as directed by Engineer in Charge, making all electrical connection and testing complete on full load to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge (new spares will be measured and paid separately).

M&L for opening for servicing/overhauling the monoblock pump and motor upto 5 HP and replacing the defective bearing, greasing replacing the burnout gland rope, studs, nuts, bolts, washers ,air releasing valve ,rubber gasket ,metal filling, turing/ grinding and balancing the shaft etc. and refixing the same all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for disconnection of electrical connection and dismantling of 7.5 to 10 HP non cloging monoblock/monoblock pumpset from secondary clarifier mechanism, removing worn out winding wire from stator slots, rewinding with super enameled copper wire of suitable gauge with proper insulation replacement of front and rear bearing, assembling and reconnection electrical connection the same as existing and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for taking down air blower from the existing position after disconnecting all electrical connection and transportation to workshop/site for repair for un-serviceable parts complete and removing the defective parts, repair the air blower throughly including machine work and re-assembling the air blower and commssioning testing complete on full load all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note : Spare parts for repair of air blower also included in this item.
