Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge , such as in steps, cooking plateforms & other similar situations complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in verticle surfaces joint free with glazed economy finish Grade B-II (b) of size 300 x 600mm or bigger size 7 mm thick as approved set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar in CM 1:3 for Dado etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note for skirting only Skirting may be provided from the same tiles as being used in the floor of same room to match in lieu of economy finish tiles but nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

M & L for Non Skid Ceramic joint free tiles {Non Skid finish/ Matt superior finish Grade B-I or B-II (b) as approved} 7 to 8 mm thick with rectified edges, (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm and not exc 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including 15 mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles 8-9mm thick light colour (Square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tile 600 x 600 mm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over 15mm thick screed/ bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) 25 mm thick to receive the floor tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 using WPC on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces on walls etc., finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.
