Taking up/down GI tubing including fitting from trenches, walls, ceilings for relaying/replacement for the following sizes all as specified and directed :-

(a) 100 mm bore

(g) 15 mm bore

Laying only in trenches after cleaning water tubing & connections with steel water tubing as retrieved from item No 1 here-in-before after cleaning, washing or removing old screw thread as required & providing new fittings, as required, complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes :-

(a) 15 mm bore tubing

(b) 20 mm bore tubing

(c) 25 mm bore tubing

(d) 40 mm bore tubing

(e) 50 mm bore tubing

(f) 80mm bore tubing

(g) 100mm bore tubing

Laying only, after cleaning water tubing & connections with steel water tubing pipe as retrieved from item No 1 here-in-before, fixed to wall, ceiling or laid in floor after cleaning, washing or removing old screw thread as required & providing new fittings, wherever required, complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes :-

(c) 25 mm bore tubing

Supply, laying, testing GI tubing medium grade in trenches including new GI fitting complete all as specified and directed for the following bore :-

(g) 15 mm bore

Supply, fixing, testing GI tubing medium grade on walls/ceiling or laid in floor including new GI fitting complete all as specified and directed for the following bore :-

M&L for drilling & tapping of 100/150 mm bore cast iron mains in position for branch connection of 20mm bore GI pipe with MS clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair gun metal globe gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends ISI marked for the following sizes all as specified & directed :-

(a) 50mm bore

(b) 40 mm bore

(c) 25 mm bore

(d) 20 mm bore

(e) 15 mm bore

S&F in repair bib tap 15mm bore standard of PTMT any colour screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe suitable for 20mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for lead joints including spun yarn & taking out old lead by burning etc for the following bore of CI pipe /fittings complete all as specified and directed :- Note: The quoted rates shall be deemed to be included the following :- (i) Necessary earth work in any type of soil. (ii) Old lead obtained from joint shall be reused and balance as required to be provided by procuring new lead.

Supply, fixing, jointing & testing in repair cast iron fittings such as bends (any types, radius and angle) tappers, collers, tee, Y junction, plugs, caps and connecting pieces or any other special required at site for the flanged/spigot and socketed pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up cast iron water mains (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and lead joints from trenches/ floors including burning out joints and recovering lead and removal of unserviceable CI pipe / mains from site complete all as specified and directed of following sizes .

(c) 150 mm bore

(d) 100 mm bore

Relaying of CI pipe as obtained for item no 16 in trenches including cleaning of pipe line complete all as specified and directed of following sizes.

M&L for DI pipes ISI marked of make as specified with spigot and socket ends suitable for tyton joints, centrifugally cast, class K-9, in any length coforming to IS: 8329(2000) as per latest amendments, laid in trenches with & including making rubber gasket joints (Tyton joint) and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes:-

(a) 300 mm bore

(b) 200 mm bore

(c) 150 mm bore

(d) 100 mm bore

Demolition of PCC/Black bitumen road of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in repair of road cuttings complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete type D2 1:4:8 , using 40mm graded stone agregrate as in repair of road cuttings complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Brick work with sub class `B` bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complet all as specified and directed including demolition of old brick work.

M&L Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished even and fair without using extra cement etc. complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n. exc 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc. 1.5 M deep and getting out including forming bottom surface for laying of pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling of soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exc 50 Meter and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting of cast iron pipe in position for insertion of new tee, coller etc for the following bore: -

M & L in repair for flange joints with rubber sheet 3mm thick, including nuts, bolts etc for the following bore:-

M & L for construction of brick masonry valve pit with sub-class 'B' brick built in cement mortar (1:6), of size (90 x 90 x 90) cm (internal dimension) with one brick walling and 150 cm x150 cm x 10 cm base foundation with PCC (1:3:6), type C2 including cement plastering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on internal & exposed surfaces of walls , including MS cover of size 01mtr x 01mtr made out from 3 mm thick MS sheet and mm angle iron (40mm x 40mm x 5mm) framing on fixed on top wall of the valve pit & including painting of the steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (first quality) over a coat of red oxide primer, including necessary earth work & demolition of the existing old valve, complete all as specified and as directed.
