Material and labour 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) on internal wall.

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two or more coats on existing cement paint surface applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm.

Providing and laying gang saw cut 30 mm thick, mirror polished pre moulded and pre polished machine cut granite stone of required size and shape of approved shade, colour and texture in footpath, flooring in road side plazas and similar locations, laid over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With granite stone of all colour except black, cherry/ruby red of area less than 0.50 sqm.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. All works upto plinth level Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches,plinth,sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth ,consolodating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m.
