Scheduel 'A' Part-I (B/R Works) M & L for light shade or printed vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile n. exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, including dismantling of old tile, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Mirror polished kota sotne slab flooring 18-20 mm thick over and including 20 mm thick screed in Cement mortar1:3 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment including cutting and mirror polishing including dismantling of old stone slab in any type, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab(mirror polished) flooring 18-20mm thick as in skirting and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including machine cutting to make it square or rectangular, rubbing and cutting and polishing to achieve mirror finish, laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 after dismantling old skirting, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection laid to slope of 1:12, finished surface even and fair without using extra cement with and including all necessary form work to divide the area in panels, finishing exposed edges fair or rounding or chamfering where directed and providing 6 mm wide joints through out the thickness of plinth protection duly filled with mastic filling (one part of hot bitumen 85/25 and three part of fine sand by weight) including demolition of old concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roofs, beams, staircase, chajjas and similar suspended work, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC nominal mix type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in slab supported on wall, beam and column in floors, roofs, landing, balconies, canpopies, Chajjas etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia cut out length bent to shape including cranking, bending and binding with 0.9mm dia mild steel wire or securing with clip, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slab, floor slab, landing and similar work: not exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizontial or sloping ), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for form work to edge of concrete flat,treads, breaks in floors, window cill opening in concrete wall and similar work exceeding 5 cm wide and n. exc 10 cm wide, complete all as specified and directed.
