Restoration of Rain Damages on UAM road Km 2/000 to 19/000

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade) with minimum cement content of 400 kg/cum (four hundred kilogram per cubic meter), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14days using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and MORD 2014 Technical specification clause 1501 and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Panel cutting in concrete pavement in square panels of 1.20M x 1.20M (one point two zero metre into one point two zero metre)( Maximum panel ) sizes sawing in straight line up to 1/3rd (one third) depth from surface including labour and hireage of cutting machine inclusive of taxes. The rate shall include carriage of machineries, equipment, tools, materials and safety measures, payment of all taxes and other incidentals necessary to complete the work in all respects. The rate including entire carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals and per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a required depth disposal of scarified material with in all leads and lifts as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4. The rate shall include carriage of machineries, equipment, tools, materials and safety measures, payment of all taxes and other incidentals necessary to complete the work in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals and per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of gravel/soil aggregate sub base/base by providing well graded material of nominal maximum size grading 80mm (eighty millimetre) as per table 2.3 of IRC SP 77-2008, spreading in uniforms layers with tractor mount appropriate grading arrangements on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at OMC with tractor mount appropriate rotavator attachement and compaction with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity to achieve the desired complete as per specifications contained in para 2.2, 3.6 and 3.7 of IRC SP-77-2008 and as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals .The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax , goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting crushed graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 and 400.12 and MORD 2014 Technical Specification Clause 406 in two layers and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg to 0.30 kg (zero point twenty five kilogram to zero point thirty kilogram) per square meter on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per M.O.R.D 2014 technical specifications clause No. 503 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70 kg to 1.00 kg (zero point seventy kilogram to one kilogram) per square meter using mechanical means as per M.O.R.D 2014 technical specifications clause No. 502 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam (50mm thick) with 40-60 TPH (fourty to sixty tonne per hour) batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 50 (fifty) tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 (VG - Thirty) with minimum 4.5% (four point five zero percent) per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects. The rate shall include carriage of machineries, equipment, tools, materials and safety measures, payment of all taxes and other incidentals necessary to complete the work in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals and per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 30 mm (Thirty millimetre) thick bituminous concrete with (VG-30) 100-120 ( one hundred dash one hundred twenty ) TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75(seventy five ) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.4 to 5.6 % ( percent) (at the rate of five point four to five point six ) of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORD specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts and drains etc. in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock, chiselling/wedging out rocks( where blasting is prohibited ) as per drawings and M.O.R.D 2014 technical specification clause 305 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto all leads and lifts including dressing of sides, bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm ( one hundred fifty milimeters) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water ( surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundation/ for all type structure complete of plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:4:8 ( One cement :four sand:eight graded crushed /broken stone aggregate 20mm (twenty Millimeter) nominal size in or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water,dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and technical specification Clause 802.803.1202 and 1203 as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals .The rate includes octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government..

Providing weep holes in stone masonry, plain/ reinforced concrete abutment, wing walls, return walls, retaining walls with 110mm ( one hundred ten millimeter) diameters, PVC pipe of finolex/ D-Plast make having working pressure 4.00 kg per square millimeter extending through the full width of the structures with a slope of 1 ( one) vertical : 20 ( twenty horizontal) toward drawing face complete as per direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundation/ for all type structure complete of plain cement concrete grade M-10 (M-Ten) in or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water,dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and technical specification Clause 802.803.1202 and 1203 as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals .The rate includes octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government..
