Complete rewinding, testing and commissioning of 20 Hp three phase 1463 RPM, electric motor of 12000 CFM (Ground Floor) AHU by way dismantling and shifting of same to work shop and then replace the damage coil with superior quality enamel coated and insulated copper wire after extracting the burnt one. Impregnation of rewound coils with suitable quality of insulating varnish and drying it by suitable means. The job further includes repairs to worn out bearing seat etc by way of re-metalling and machining. The job also includes and then providing and fitting of requisite ball bearing after extracting of damaged one. The job further includes re-shifting, fitting and testing on full load. (old part to be retained by the firm).
Replacement of TPN 63 Amp with breaking capacity of 10 KA and 06 Sqmm wiring=12 meter to the electric panel.
Replacement of overload relay range 20-33Amp for electric panel.
Replacement of 3 pole contactor MNX9 63 A electric panel.
Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) of the HVAC System for 01 year . The job includes free replacement/repairs for trouble shooting parts during operation in HVAC system in order to have smooth running of system. The HVAC system details are as such:- Chillers 120TR= 02No, AHU's 12000CFM= 03No. AHU's 400CFM= 01No AHU's 2500CFM= 04No Ducts of assorted dia. Various assorted Pipes/Valves Hot water pump sets(02No) Raw water Pump set (02No) Oil transfer Pump set (02No) Various Fire Dampers, Grilles/Diffusers Various Motorized fire and smoke dampers Electric Panel with allied accessories along with 400KVA servo. Any other repairs/ replacement which are required for smooth functioning of HVAC system but not mentioned above is also covered in the CAMC. The job also includes jet cleaning of out door units, cleaning and washing of filters, checking of all equipments every fortnight. All tools and tackles including consumbles along with water jet to be provided by the firm. The CMC will start from the month of August 2024.
