Allow the primer to touch dry condition. (b) Apply 1st coat of PU coating( ShaliUrethane LHM@ 650 gm/m^2(minimum) or equivalent) by brush/Roller/Spray, spread water proofing reinforced glass fiber tissue of 150 GSM with overlaps of 75mm in both direction when the surfaces is still tacky. Allow first coat to dry 10-12 hrs. (c) Apply 2nd and 3rd coat of PU membrane (ShaliUrethane LHM@ 650 gm/m^2(minimum) or equivalent) as per manufacture instruction having sun reflective index (SRI) of minimum 106 on top roof surafce after application. Extend waterproofing treatment upto 200 mm and terminate into groove on the parapet wall. Note- (i) The plan area shall be considered for payment (ii) The procurement of material and execuation of the work of water proofuing treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicator apporved by GE. | |||||

Including the following items as under :-
(a) S&F Hard drawn steel wire fabric minimum 2.50Kg/Sqm cut to lengths, bent to shape required and tying with and including nails and mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm in dia supplied and fixed in reinforcemnt all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
(b) M&L rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces finishing even and smooth without using extra cement. | 250 | Sqm | - | - |
