Disconnecting of all electrical connections and dismentling / taking out of 7.5 HP to 20 HP non cloge submercible motor & pump set by any chain pully or other means carefully without causing damage to existing installed machinaries/equipments from sewge wells and transporting & shifting it to work shop for carrying out necessary repars, opening of motor and pump to check and reassembling the same after necessary repairs and shifting back from work shop to the site and lowering it to sewage well carefully including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) Rewinding of electrical motor, ball bearings, stainless steel impeller, repair to pump shaft and oil seal shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) The contractor shall furnish six months warranty against any kind of the defects for the repair carried out after the date of installation.

Material and labour for dismantling/opening the burnt motor (Rotor & stator ) of capacity 7.5 HP to 10 HP and rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper winding as per existing gauge including insulation material, cotton tape, varnish, insulation paper, sleeves and dry & backing etc. with & including replacing of bearings and reassembling the motor complete all as specified and directed.
