Note : 1. The tenderer shall note that before quoting his unit rate, all items of works shall be executed in high rise building (16th floor building) & including provision of necessary scaffolding & safety measures. (a) Functional tools & plants shall be carried by tradesman all time for attending any site. (b) Necessary ladder / cloth or any other material reqd. (c) Debris / site clearance immediately before leaving site. (d) Safety eqpt to be carried all time. (e) Scaffolding wherever reqd deemed to be included in quoted rates. (f) Contractor is solely responsible for any defect or after working situation arises, take leaving fresh water tap open or throwing of debris through window or shaft, Penalty levied as mentioned above. (g) In case of non-adherence of any of above fine/ penalty to be carried as under:- (i) 1st Time - Rs 200/- (ii) 2nd Time - Rs 500/- (iii) 3rd Time - Warning to contractor. (h) In case of 3 warning to contractor, it will be reflected in WLR for slow progress. (i) After painting cleaning of all floors, glass and Fixurniture by own arrengement. (j) Contractor has to attend daily complaints for particular day otherwise penality fo Rs 500/- per day will be leived on contractor.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.

S& F for Framed work such as grills, gratings, angle iron, posts, pipe sections, railings etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; door shutters with gusset plates, braces, etc., to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 at any height including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Plate girder or single stanchions, built up of one beam or channel section with flange plates, caps, bases. splices, angle brackets, cleats and other connections confirming to Fe 410 -W (Gde-E-250) quality A, complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified incl all necessary scaffolding etc.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings.

S&F Plain galvanised mild steel sheeting 1.25 mm thick in ridges hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 and opening for rain water pipe to be provided fixed with MS Flat complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Pre-painted Galvalume Aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and in paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete type B-1 , 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone agg) as in floor and fisnishing cement concrete surface even, all as directed.

Material & labour for preparation of surfaces cracks of plaster internal/external of walls, ceilings/ chajjas upto 5mm wide, remove, loose plaster/concrete by suitable tools, filling cracks with crack paste compound and apply the second coat after 10-12 hrs of application of first coat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparing of old/new surfaces of walls/ceiling washing the surface thoroughly, filling the cracks, creaves with crack filling compound as suggested by the manufacturers and applying two coats of Rain coat paint of approved make. (shade to match the existing paint) including necessary scaffolding for work all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and apply two coat distemper oil emulsion over a coat 2 mm thick wall care putty over 0ne coat of primer , complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC wall panelling consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet and fixed over GI running channels 50mm wide and 0.6mm thickness at every 1m interval , fixing over brickwall /concrete walls with screws and all corners, top and bottom portion of PVC lining covered with L/T shaped PVC sheet of same colour/texture including all necessary cuttings near switch boards and other fixtures if fitted over wall, complete all as specified.

Material & labour for providing in repairs water proofing treatment with 4mm APP (Atactic polypropylene) modified polyester(bituminous) membrane reinforced of 3.5Kg/Sqm with non woven polyester mat of weight 160 gms/sqm as center core and without multiple layers of polyethylene, finished on top and bottom with 7 micron thick flammable polyethylene applied by thermo fusion using LPG torch on the bottom portion of the membrane, after applying a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.25 Kg/Sqm over roof (An overlap of 100mm and 150mm shall be provided on sides and ends respectively) and applying two coats of bituminous aluminium paint on APP sheet including removal of old damaged APP sheets including 10mm thick cement plaster on roof in CM (1:3) & finishing even and smooth without using extra cement to receive APP membrane including cleaning of exposed surface of slab by wire brush, remove dust and removing from MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Treatment of sunken floor slab compraises of the following specifications and all as specified :-

(i) M&L for cleaning the sunken/lowered portion of RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely. 40mm thick avg PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in padding concrete to achieve proper slope including cutting holes in bricks or RCC wall for spout (Cost cutting holes and pipes shall be measured and paid separately)

(ii) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 6mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement consumed. Fill it with water and check dampness and seepage. Where dampness/seepage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out.( WPC shall be measured & paid separately)

(iii) All junctions points of side wall where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty.

(iv) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it dry and clean.

(v) M&L for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturs instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed.(This item shall be measured and paid separately)

(vi) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound 3% by wt of cement consumed as per manufacturer's specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout.( WPC shall be measured & paid separately)

(vii) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all round after painting with anticorrosive paint (this item shall be measured & paid separately).

Note :- Test the water proofed area (ponding test) by filling water for at least 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE. Cost of testing is included in the rates quoted above.

Cutting holes in bricks or RCC walls exc half brick wall built in cement mortar including making good after inserting and setting spouts all as specified.

S&F GI pipe 25mm dia medium grade laid on sunken floor complete all as specified and direced by EIC.

M&L for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturs instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed.

M & L Injection grouting in RCC slab shall be cast/laid to the slope as directed/as per site conditions. After RCC slab is laid, cured and fully set, water shall be ponded in the sunken slab portion as per specified ponding test. The location of seepage/leakage, if any, shall be identified and marked. The portion of the slab where leakage/seepage is observed shall be repaired with grouting at contractor's expences. The area of dripping/leakage shall be cleaned to expose the surface. Mark the spots for injection grouting. If leakage is through a crack, mark grouting points along the crack in a staggered manner. If the leakage is across the area mark grouting spots in a grid pattern. Drill grouting holes so as to neatly fit the injection packers. Drilling to be done at an angle of 45 to the plane of grouting surface. Fix PVC/MS nozzles in the low viscosity, injecting polyurethane resin/epoxy grout using a grouting pump. Repeat the process after 1 or 2 days if the leakage continues at some point. allow to cure for 24 hours and seal the grouting holes appropriately using epoxy putty etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick(square/Rectanglar) area of Each tiles exc 0.06 Sqm but n exc 0.11 Sqm in floor including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, complete all as specified.

Fill the cracks & grooves with Dampguard Classic of approved make and cement modified putty & allow it to dry for at least 24 hours. Apply one coat of Dampguard Classic followed by a coat of Dampguard Classic Putty prepared as per manufacturers instructions and finally second coat of Dampguard Classic as per manufacturers instructions

M&L for applying white cement mixed with polymer bases water proofing compound inside the floor/nahani trap and inside P/S trap, complete.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as speciified.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs fancy type drapery rods, powder coated aluminium of 20-25mm size with / including fixing brackets, Knobs rollers etc.all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair white rectangular PVC water storage tanks (Loft tank) of capacity 300Ltrs with complete fitting including fixing 03 Nos tank nipples of GI/ PPR with washer for out let and inlet all as per manufacturers instructions including disconnecting service connections/over flow pipes and removing old tank complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair PVC modular 20mm thick as in proflie including 'C' channels, aluminium U clip all around the profile suitable for 300 ltr capacity loft tank ,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing as in repairs Mild steel angle iron section (Fe 290 Gde E 165) fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc incl cutting to required length, drilling, welding etc and embedding in Brick work incl Cutting holes into or through brick walls built in cement mortar and making good in cement mortar 1:3 as required as in loft Water tank base in bathrooms/kitchens etc complete all as specified and directed

Water Proofing Treatment to Sunken Floor are as under: - (a)Cleaning the surface of any description with wire brush, detecting sources of leakage/ seepages and removing/ taking down unsound treatment/ surface. (b)M&L for making holes with drill machine of dia 18mm for carrying out non-destructive waterproofing treatment to floors, sunken portion of toilet/ bathroom and junctions of floor and walls of bath/WC and floor traps (combined unit) by using construction chemical method as hydrophobic PU grouting with first course of injection MDI based PU foam and second course of injection with PU plain all as per manufacturers instruction etc and M&L for fixing the metallic packer for hydropobic PU foam sealer as per manufacturer specification. [Note :The PU foam and PU plain shall have 100% solids and solvant free and shall expand 30-40 times its volume at liquid stage in presence of water, the PU plain injection shall have minimum 100 CPS viscosity and shore hardness minimum 50D.]

M&L for tile joint chemical cleaning and re-grouting carefully by washing the exisiting tiles with heavy duty tile cleaner approved make or Equivalent cleaner, again washing with fresh jet water, scratching the joints and filling the same with (White/ matching colour) epoxy tile grout of approved make or Equivalent as approved by GE, curing, cleaning the surface etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in repairs brass float valve flat type of size 15 mm bore, high pressure with polythene float & fly nut complete, screwed for GI pipe of following sizes including necessary GI fittings complete all as specified.
