M&L for repair to potholes of any depth not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in scrolled and graded road metal, watering and well ramming including supply of road metal complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas, not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point.

M&L for 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) soling (or sub base) laid in two layers of 75mm each with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM laid in two layers of 75mm each with coarse aggregates of Granite trap or Basalt of Grading 2 (63 mm to 40 mm size) spread , rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed (Note:- Each layer will be measured separately)

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc or with mechanical air compressor etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with mechanical sprayer over unsurfaced WBM with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 grade@ 10kg/10Sqm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for preparing existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 grade@ 5kg/10Sqm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% of binder content using paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix, laid with self propelling mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber to achieve uniform smooth surface with power roller 8 to 10 tonne capacitycomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concerete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content using paving bitumen with self propelling mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to achieve uniform smooth surface with power roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed. Cat Part No DA-952 GP ABS of Make Dark Eye or equivalent in Sinor/Greenlite/Oscar.

M&L for hot thermo plastic imported road marking material strips conforming to British specification 3762 with 20% glass beads having reflective index of 1.5mm, 75% spherical with indigenous or for foundation plan having sufficient strength to withstand heavy load without deformation and having softening point 25 to 30 degrees of area in width of n.exc 15 cm strip in white colour according to IRC35-1970, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Thermo plastic road marking paint shall be of Make: ASIAN/STP Ltd or equivalent as approved by GE

S&F solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete all as per manufacturers instructions etc. all as specified and directed. Cat Part No. DA-110(Dhruv) of Make Dark Eye or equivalent in Sinor/Greenlite/Oscar.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100 mm x 20 mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions. Make Dark Eye or equivalent in Sinor/Greenlite/Oscar.

S&F dual directional reflective cat eye of impact resistant plastic 100x80x15mm ultra violet resistant yellow colour having micro prismatic/cube corner reflectors suitable for fixing with epoxy/ bitumen adhesive complete all as specified and directed. Make: 3M or equivalent in DARK EYE/ OSCAR/ GREENLITE.

S&F Dual directional speed breaker having high intensity cube corner reflector ultrasonic welded to high impact resistance plastic ABS body of yellow colour and black of size 250x345x50 mm (height) provided with 4 still nails. Shape of side body to have interlocking pattern to keep all speed breaker in a row, complete all as specified and directed. CAT part No. GPL 07-55 Make: GREEN LITE or equivalent in Dark Eye/Oscar.

Note:- Schedule of credit Rs. 15,520.00 will be deducted from total amount quoted while accepting the bid. Details of schedule of credit is given in tender documents.
