M&L for preparing the existing black top surface by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

M&L for applying 2.50 mm thick retro reflective painting of specified shade /colour etc. either continuous or broken lines, to the required width and length over the existing painted surfaces /new bituminous surfaces with with solvent based road marking paint (Retro reflective paint) including supply of paint material at the rate of 5 Kg per Sqm and glass beads at the rate of 0.35 Kg per Sqm (Reflective Index 1.50) using fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe,glass bead dispenser,propane tank heater and profile shoe heater driven by experienced operator on road including all materials,labours,T&P and cleaning the road surfaces of dirt,seals,oils,gease and foreign materials etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. (Note : Retro reflective paint shall be applied as per manufacturers instructions along with MORTH technology and speciality) Make : Asian Apcomark/STP/Shalimar Paints Ltd./Berger Paints Ltd./Jenson & Nicholson Paints Ltd./Jotun India Pvt. M&L for Dual directional reflective cat eye aluminium casted stud 100x100 mm having 3 round plastic ABS discs containing 21x2=42 mini retro-reflective glass beads of colour white/red/yellow a side provided with steel zinc plated nail of dia 12 mm of length 120 mm for fixing to road by hammering complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Make :- GREENS/ GREEN LITE CAT PART No. GPL - 01 -01 or equivalent in 3M/Dark eye as approved by AGE(I) .

M&L for Dual directional Speed breaker having high intensity cube corner reflector ultrasonic welded to high impact resistant plastic body of colour yellow and black of size 250x345x50 mm (height) provided with 4 steel nails. Shape of side body to have interlocking pattern to keep all speed breakers in a row complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge . Make: GREENS/GREENLITE CAT PART No. GPL-07-06 or equivalent in 3M/Dark eye as approved by AGE(I)

M&L for Solar road stud having 3 LEDs of colour red/ yellow to a side (total 6 Nos ) housed in a tough pressure die casted aluminium alloy of any size (120x130 mm) and (125x125 mm) of height 20 mm with built in stem-nail 30 mm x 50 mm long for fixing with epoxy.LEDs solar -cells,battery & light sensor well protected in side under tough unbreakable polycarbonate transparent sheet roof ,System workable for 2-3 days (nights) after full charge in 8-10 hours complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. M&L for road saftey convex mirror 80 cm dia made up of polycarbonate reflective mirror with ABS, suitable for in door/out door use with hood complete with mounting hardware and pipe of required height complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
