Taking down existing waterproofing treatment of tar felt of any description from roof surfaces and removing rubbilsh to a distance not exc 100M complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of concrete surface of ceiling in CM 1:3, surface finished even and surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specified complete all as directed.
Supply only integral water proofing compound
M&L for rendering, 10 mm thick in cm 1:4 on other than fair faces on pcc padding for smoothning the surface or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type Bo using 20 mm graded stone aggregates mixed with integral waterproofing chemical PIDI PROOF-LW mixed in proportion of 200ML/50Kg cemet of DR fixit of pidilite industries Ltd or STP No.1 (Liquid)of STP Ltd in proportion 200ML/50Kg cement as in padding on roof surfaces for correcting /making proper slope on roof,surface finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for water proofing treatment on non approachable/non accessible roof surfaces (Horizontal /vertical)in following sequences through manufacturer /authorised applicator of the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed complete including taking down old APP membrane
(a) Properly cleaning and drying cement surfaces. (b) Applying one coat of oxidized bitumen based solvent primer @ 0.3Kg/sqm. (c) Laying 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane with 100mm over laps sealed & bonded to the surface by torchon method. (d) Applying two coats of bituminous aluminium paint @ 200 gram/sqm(minimum). Note :- Make/brandk of APP membrane mmodified with all associated items shall be of any one of SUPER THERMOLAY OF STP LTD OR TORH SHIELD P-3160 OR PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD OR HYPER PLAS PLOLYSTER or equivalent approved make.
Disconnecting the existing PVC OH, tank of 500 Ltr capacity and refixing the same after cleaning & roof treatment all as specified.
